HOT TUB ( NO kids)
Safety is our priority that is why HotTub is for Adults only. No Kids in the hot tub. Kids under 16 years old are prohibited in the Hot Tub. We reserve the rights to have the Hot tub Surveillance on when children are guests. Hot tub is not a pool. Hot tub is monitored with a smart system and sends alarms to us. Proper attire is required.

Dogs but NO CATS – NO DOG FEE
Dogs are welcome if older than 1-year-old & house trained. Don’t forget to tell us if dog is a guest. We provide bowls, beds, toys and treats. We do not accept puppies under 1 year or any dog not fully house trained.
We appreciate if guests provide no less than 48 hour notification before check in to bring a dog, as you know we set up the house for dogs too.

SPECIAL DECOR
Full Special Decor for Easter (whole month of March-April- egg hunt) Fall (October and November), Thanksgiving, & Christmas ( the whole month of December).
BASIC SUPPLIES
Our home is 11 miles to the nearest town and reliable grocery store. We do have a small mom/pops store with gas that is 5 miles away, but offers only basic supplies.
Gravel Road - The feeling of being in the mountains begins with the road. Our gravel driveway sets the tone with a warm, welcoming ambiance.
Guest access
Guests have access to all spaces except for the 2 sheds.
Surveillance is maintained at all times in the driveway and inside sheds and guest aren’t permitted entry. No surveillance inside house!
Other things to note
We're proud to provide the best child-dog-friendly home in the Shenandoah Valley. We improved our bathroom with 2 handles to help to get in and out of the bathtub!
Important things that we appreciate:
1) If you come with a dog, we ask you to bring sheets to cover people’s beds. We cover the furniture :)
2) We ask you to take care of the toys (as other kids will enjoy them as well). A lot of fun and many activities for kids and adults. We provide many toys inside and outside the house.
3) As courtesy, We provide booster seat and Pack'n play for your kid. We appreciate if you clean them after use and folded and put back where they were found.
4) We don’t provide laundry detergent, and because we’re on a well system, we kindly ask guests to use the laundry only in case of need. Thank you for helping us take care of our home and environment!
Tip: don’t forget you’re in the mountains, we recommend to fill out your car gas tank.
Hot tub is for adults only older than 16 years old. Hot Tub has a smart system that alerts us when temperature is lower than expected and when cover is off for a long period of time. We reserve the rights to monitor hot tub if kids are our guest. We will contact guest to address the alarm.
Winter Time: we do not offer or provide SNOW removal for winter guest. We do expect guests to leave property the day of checking out.
