Our stunning desert oasis is the result of 2 years of hard work, renovating it ourselves and pouring a ton of love into it (and still working on it). It is our HOME (we spend half our time there), not just an investment rental property.
Thank you taking care of it as you would your own.

Ideal destination for a relaxing family vacation (w/ older children*), a romantic getaway or a fun & rejuvenating retreat among friends.
* Not ideal for young children as certain aspects could be unsafe for unsupervised toddlers (pool is not fenced, non-fenced backyard, prickly plants, furniture corners).

POOL/SPA HEATING IS INCLUDED in nightly rate (pool temp. 80 degrees and spa 102) - for nightly and weekly rentals (NOT included for monthly rentals, please inquire).

Spacious home w/ open floor plan. 10 foot ceilings in some rooms. Bedrooms in 2 separate wings.

You will enjoy 3 sexy & stylish bedrooms, each equipped with a smart TV, ceiling fan, bluetooth speaker and essential oil diffuser (oils provided).
The 2 primary bedrooms have CALIFORNIA KING beds, making sleep more comfortable for tall guests.

We just updated one of our bathrooms, but the other is clean, cozy and... original, but next on the renovation list! *Wink*

Mission Springs Water District in Desert Hot Springs (our home and pool water) voted BEST WATER IN THE WORLD! (filled w/ lots of healthy minerals)

We are at almost 1400 ft of elevation (1000 ft above Palm Springs), so temperatures tend to be 5-10 degrees cooler than the Valley floor. And we get views for miles!

THINGS TO KNOW:

~ NO LIVE TELEVISION. Streaming offered through Netflix, Hulu, Apple TV and Amazon Prime platforms (please use the "Guest" profiles).

~NO LAUNDRY* or garage access. Laundromat is 5 minutes away if needed.
*exception: monthly rentals will have access to laundry (not garage)

~ NO CANDLES or other fire/smoke producing items.

Park up to 4 cars in our driveway, and there's also always plenty of street parking available.

CHECK-OUT: by 11:00am

* We might be able to accommodate a slightly earlier check-in or later check out if our home is not being used just before or right after you. Feel free to inquire.


HOUSE ACCESS
We have smart locks on the front gates AND the front door. You will be given your own code for the duration of your stay when we check you in. It will work for both locks.

Other things to note
We just decided to offer our home for monthly rentals (in addition to nightly and weekly). Please inquire about policies and amenities specific to monthly bookings. Thank you!

I was born in the beautiful Canadian city of Montreal (yes, French is my first language) and raised, along with my brother, by an incredibly strong & resourceful single mom. Worked in the retail/business side of the fashion industry for almost 15 years, until I decided to relocate to sunny California to pursue my creative passions. How that happened is too long a story for this bio... ;-) Here in southern Cali, I've mostly been focused on design: jewelry, interior, graphic, web and loving every bit of it. I also met the most amazing man, who became my husband, partner, adventure buddy, teacher and best friend. Together we have traveled the world, been landlords, remodeled several cool spaces (doing all the work ourselves) and created a life I am beyond grateful for. I look forward to many, MANY more years of love, joy, passion, creativity and adventure!
