Guests have full and private access to the entire house during their stay, including the spacious front porch, cozy gazebo, and refreshing dipping tub — perfect for relaxing, bonding, and making special memories with family and friends.
You’ll also enjoy FREE access to the clubhouse swimming pool 🏊♀️, plus complimentary use of the community basketball court and children’s playground — all just a short walk from the house. Ideal for families with kids and groups who love to stay active!

We open bedrooms according to the number of guests declared:
• 2–3 guests (couple with child 7 years old & below) – Master’s Bedroom
• 3–6 guests – Master’s Bedroom + Room 1
• 7 or more guests – Master’s Bedroom + Room 1 + Room 2
If you wish to access additional rooms beyond the standard allocation, kindly inform us in advance. Additional charges may apply.

Our standard rate includes a set number of guests.
For any additional guests beyond the standard occupancy, there is a ₱350 fee per person per night.

Please note: For bookings by couples with one child, only one bedroom (the Master’s Bedroom) will be prepared and accessible.
If you’re traveling with a larger group or prefer additional rooms for your comfort, just let us know—we’ll be happy to arrange it for you and discuss the best setup for your stay.

DM’s Crib Transient House offers a private garage for one vehicle, so your car is safe and secure throughout your stay.
Need more parking? No problem! The house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with no homes directly across, providing ample space right in front for two (2) additional vehicles. It’s convenient, spacious, and perfect for guests who value easy, hassle-free parking.

For the comfort and health of all our guests, smoking and vaping are strictly NOT ALLOWED inside the house.
If you wish to smoke or vape, please do so only in the designated outdoor areas. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a clean and fresh environment for everyone.
Feel free to help yourself to snacks and drinks anytime during your stay. Just check the price list provided and settle your payment before checkout—no need to ask, it's all based on trust.
