“Destiny” is a brand-new 60sqm apartment, welcoming its first guests in June '26. Modern and carefully designed, it offers comfort and style for a relaxing stay. The apartment features an open-plan living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower and a charming balcony.
Perfect location (flat road):
- Markets/restaurants – 3min walk
- Beach – 5min
- Main bus station – 7min
- Old Town – 13min.

The space
Apartment is located on the high-first floor, with all necessary appliances:
1. Full refrigerator with freezer,
2. Built-in stove with 4 cooking zones,
3. Cooker hood,
4. Oven,
5. Microwave + toaster,
6. Dishwasher (guests buy capsules),
7. Coffee machine Genio S Nescafe Dolce Gusto (guests buy pods),
8. Washing machine with a drying program (we do not recommend drying, as some types of materials may be damaged). Guests buy capsules.
9. Three air conditioners,
10. Two smart TVs with internet channels - "MOVE" application ,
11. Underfloor heating,
12. Iron + ironing board,
13. Vacuum cleaner,
14. Drying rack,
15. Security safe (Use the numeric code, not fingerprint),
16. Controlled blinds + draperies (no mosquito nets),
17. Double beds in both bedrooms (160cm x 200cm),

** Important House Rules & Information **
1. No private parking available
Paid public parking spaces are available approximately 80–250 meters from the building. Availability may vary, especially during July and August.
2. Hot water / Boiler
To ensure hot water is always available in both the bathroom and kitchen, the water heater (boiler) switch must remain ON at all times.
3. Registered guests only
Only registered guests are allowed to enter the apartment. Any visitors must be announced in advance and approved by the owner.
4. Apartment Information & Guest Responsibilities
- The apartment is located in a residential building, not in a hotel or villa. There is no reception, concierge service, or luggage storage available.
- Guests are responsible for the day-to-day upkeep of the apartment during their stay. This includes keeping the apartment tidy, washing dishes after use, washing bed linen and towels if needed, regularly taking out the rubbish.
- The apartment is stocked with a starter supply of basic essentials, including salt, pepper, cooking oil, toilet paper, dish soap, shampoo, and shower gel. If these items run out during your stay, guests are kindly asked to purchase any additional supplies they may need.
5. No beach equipment provided
Beach equipment such as umbrellas and beach towels is not provided. Please do not take bathroom towels to the beach.
6. Furniture and upholstery care
Please do not sit on the furniture while wearing wet swimsuits.
7. Balcony Chair Cushions
For their protection, please bring all cushions from the balcony chairs inside the apartment during rainy or windy weather.
8. Living room sofa
The sofa in the living room is not intended to be used as a sleeping bed.
9. Kitchen worktop
Cutting food directly on the kitchen countertop is strictly forbidden. A cutting board is provided in the kitchen.
10. Ceramic surfaces – handle with care
The dining table, coffee table, sink, and terrace table are made of ceramic and require special care:
- Do not drop dishes or heavy objects on them.
- Do not place very hot pots or pans directly on the surfaces (in the kitchen element, under the cooktop, you have silicone mats for hot pans).
- Do not use harsh chemicals for cleaning.
- If wine, coffe or any colored beverage is spilled, please wipe it immediately to prevent staining.
11. Bicycles and electric scooters
Bicycles and electric scooters are not allowed inside the apartment.
12. Floor care
The floor trim moldings are made of MDF material. When cleaning the floor, please use a mop carefully and avoid leaving excess water on the floor.
Other things to note
1. By law, all guests staying in Montenegro are required to register at the local Tourist Information Office/Center upon arrival (24-48h).
To complete the registration, you will need your passport as well as document confirming that the apartment is legal and registered (the document is in the apartment written in our native language).
*** The tourist tax is not included in the apartment price and is paid separately in accordance with local regulations. The tax is €1 per adult per night and €0.50 per child (aged 12–18) per night, while children under 12 are exempt from payment.
The Tourist Information Office/Center is open daily from 8:00 AM until 8:00/9:00 PM and is located only 160 meters from the “Destiny” apartment, approximately a 3-minute walk away.
Most Tourist Info is closed on Sundays, and you can find out which are open on Google.

3. Pets are not allowed to maintain a comfortable stay for all guests.

The neighborhood is one of the most convenient areas in central Budva, ideal for guests who prefer to explore the city on foot. Within just a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the beach, seaside promenade, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shops, and all essential services.
TQ Plaza is only 2–3 minutes away, while Budva Old Town, the marina, and the main promenade can be reached in approx. 13 minutes on foot.
The main bus station is also nearby, about a 7-minute walk from the apartment, making it easy to visit other parts of the Budva Riviera and Montenegro.
The walk to the beach is flat and comfortable, without steep hills, making the location suitable for couples, families, business travelers, and longer stays. While everything you may need is close at hand, the building itself is situated in a quieter part of the city center, offering a peaceful place to relax after a day at the beach, sightseeing, or work.
For guests arriving by car, paid public parking is available nearby (80-250m), subject to availability.
