Important Reminders
* We kindly ask that you keep the balcony door closed to maintain comfort and prevent any insects from entering. The weather is pretty cold, especially at night, so keep the balcony door closed. The building is opposite the lake and nature, please be mindful and do not leave the balcony door open, insects might fly through the balcony and then you complained its cleanliness issue, please be reasonable.
* The bathroom is equipped with a water heater and basic toiletries. Please remember to turn off the heater when not in use to conserve energy.
* Although we do provide a kitchenette with basic plates, cutlery, cooking is not permitted in our unit.
Important Information
* MAX occupancy: Our unit accommodates up to 4 guests (including infant and kids on the count) as per building regulations. Please provide accurate information regarding your guest list, as access may be denied for discrepancies.
* Cleaning Fee: A one-time cleaning fee covers pre-check-in cleaning and setup.
House Rules
* Please respect the unit and the building's regulations. Damages or loss of items (e.g., keys) will incur fees, with lost keys charged at PHP 1000.
* Conserve water and electricity during your stay; negligence may result in additional charges.
* Lock the unit when leaving, as we are not responsible for lost belongings due to negligence.
Guest access
While we do not have dedicated parking, paid parking options are available within the building at Commercial Parking and Lot Pod 1 & 2. Rates may vary, so please check our listing images for the latest pricing.
Operating Hours:
Swimming Pool, Basketball Court and Tennis Court : 6AM – 10PM
Game Room and Badminton Court : 8AM – 10PM
Pool Access is available for an additional fee:
* PHP 150.00 per day (regular days)
* PHP 300.00 per day (holidays)
Additional Amenities include basketball and tennis courts (PHP 150 per person per hour) and free badminton from 8 am to 6 pm. From 6pm to 10pm electricity fee apply by PMPO (Php 200 per hour)
Please inquire at reception for the latest rates and scheduling for amenities. Access vouchers can be purchased at the Club House reception on weekdays. On weekends and public holidays, advance purchase of pool vouchers is necessary, and assistance can be provided in advance.
