Parkdean also do a faster WiFi but charge for that connection. Again this is NOT part of the listing.
mobile signal weakens in side the caravan and especially due to location of the holiday park and number of people on site. This free WiFi by parkdean allows you to use WiFi calling, browse the web/ emails , messaging etc. It does not allow streaming such as you tube / tik tok , Netflix etc.
They also offer a paid faster WiFi service too which is your choice to subscribe to.
All of our accommodation comes with sheets, pillowcases, pillows, duvets and covers or blankets when booked directly with us for the number of guests booked on.
We ask that you bring your own soap, towels and other bathroom and kitchen necessities.
To use on site facilities such as the indoor heated pool and play bingo you may need to purchase entertainment passes. These can be bought from the reception upon arrival.
These are approx £10 per person per stay.
Price is higher for peak stays. (But not always needed )
Parkdean don’t allow private guests to book in advance any more but if there is a swimming slot or activity you wish to book in advance please let me know asap and I’ll try to assist you.
The complex and facilities are closed between November and March. Only the sports pitch and kids play park is available during that time.
A chargeable laundrette is available to use on site and a Nisa convenience store.
Please note we would like to advise the owner does have dogs of their own that visit the caravan.
we do allow upto 2 dogs as long as they are house trained and/or cage trained and not chew or damage the caravan. Depending on size of dogs
The dog should not be left in the caravan unattended unless crated ideally. We understand at some times you may have to leave them unattended to go food shopping for an hour and let them sleep.
if left unattended and damage occurs we reserve the right to claim for damage and cancel your stay with no refund and will be told to leave the caravan and damage costs will be payable.
Behaviour on park - Cresswell is a family holiday park so please ensure your behaviour is not noisy, offensive or likely to cause any harm or upset to other guests, staff or property at the holiday park, and is not otherwise inappropriate. If we feel your behaviour is illegal, offensive, disruptive or inappropriate or is disturbing other guests we will ask you to leave the holiday park and no refund will be given.
If you are told by Parkdean resorts to vacate and leave the premises and park due to behaviour this is also breaches their terms and conditions and no refund will be given.
You agree to abide by the park rules set out on the parkdean website in addition to the above
we provide bedding for you for each guest on the booking but we kindly ask you to take off the bedding from the bed upon checking out.
Failure to follow house rules and expectations will lead to an Airbnb claim.
It is not the cleaners job to wash your dishes or put your household rubbish in the refuge bins.
