Creekside Paradise is a sprawling & soulful family home with 4 king bedrooms & 1 bedroom with a bunk bed & queen bed, 2 sleeper sofas (full & queen), 3 dens, 2 kitchens, 3 full bathrooms, screened in back porch, gas remote control fireplace, laundry, dock for fishing & kayaking, creekside hot tub, outdoor shower, fire pit, grill, outdoor dining, dock house / party room with tiki bar & bumper pool… I could go on & on. This is my dream home & I’m thrilled to be able to share it with you!
*Capacity is 16 max. 12 adults & the rest of the guests must be under the age of 15 - as per city ordinance - so no more than 12 people over the age of 15 allowed*
POOL - Available May - October 20th. Above ground 12’ wide x 31” deep dipping pool
HOT TUB - Available October - April
KAYAKS - 2 kayaks available for use on the property - must sign waiver - creek is tidal
BIKES - 6 complimentary beach cruisers available
Small dogs under 30lbs that are well behaved, house trained & on flea meds are welcome - $100 pet fee. The yard is shared so dogs must be friendly & you must pick up after them in the yard. Larger hypoallergenic/ non shedding, well behaved dogs are considered- please inquire before booking
BYO small boat for a fee ($75/day) - check with me before booking to make sure there is space.
Pack n Play, high chair, beach towels, kids dinnerware, beach cart, beach chairs, umbrella, beach toys, all of the cooking essentials, coffee, plenty of cleaning supplies, shampoo, soap, linens provided. I want your vacation to be as relaxing as possible so I try to provide everything you need & then some. Just bring your personal items, food & drinks
Waterfront hot tub tucked away in private nook on the water with a cozy screened in porch with a bumper pool table. The hot tub is underneath my house (the house with the sunset mural on the side in the photos) is just behind Creekside Paradise. I also use the hot tub but I just ask that you close the gate when you are using it so that I know it’s occupied & you can have it all to yourself.

Other things to note
I grew up on Tybee & it has been my dream to be able to move back home & share my beautiful island with visitors. Creekside Paradise is my manifestation of this dream. As such this is a shared property - I live in the house in the back. You will definitely be seeing myself, my partner, our dogs & sometimes my personal guests. We are a fun loving, easy going couple so feel free to say hi! And please stop by my partner’s brewery down the street, Back River Brewery, and have a beer with us! Also, we like to travel so we may not always be available or on site, but we will have everything prepared for your trip.
I HIGHLY ENCOURAGE trip insurance as I DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS. I am not responsible for personal / weather emergencies, such as hurricanes etc…
The house is older & is NOT PERFECT. It is clean, comfortable & well appointed with a very responsive host. But if you are a perfectionist who expects a pristine, sterile rental please book somewhere else.
$75/ day docking fee for small motor boats. Check with me before booking to make sure there’s room at the dock.
