Guest access
This is a whole house rental. Guest have access to main house, driveway, pool and hot tub as well as access to community amenities including community pools, gym, exercise trail, sport courts, beach trolleys, sand side concierge, beachside snack shack, and more. Note: some amenities are seasonal or weather dependent.
Please be aware that there is at least one locked owner closet or cabinet on each floor. These should not interfere with the guest experience but tampering with these private owner storage spaces is against house rules.
Guests may be asked to sign a NC STR contract in compliance with local laws and to protect all parties involved in this transaction. Guests may also be asked for the name and ages of all guests who will stay on property. This is both for guest safety and host situational awareness. When requested, this information is a required condition of stay. Failure to execute the provided contract or provide an accurate list of on site guests at the property will result in the automatic cancellation of the reservation in alignment with existing policies.
Host offers keyless entry. After a booking is confirmed, the reserving guest will be asked to provide email address of main guest in order to facilitate keyless entry. Guests who prefer not to provide offline contact information may opt out but will be required to stop by the local property management office during normal business hours to gain entry to the property during their stay. Host is not responsible for any access delays caused by guests opting out of keyless entry.
