Guest access
The garage is available for guest use with sedans or mid-size SUVs. Larger vehicles may not fit in it but can be parked in the driveway. The HOA does not allow RVs.
Guests have full access to the house except the following areas:
- Owner's closet in the hall
- 2 Garage storage closets
Other things to note
We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs with the following rules:
• Must be crated if left alone in the house (1 large crate provided)
• Not allowed outside unattended (wildlife is nearby)
• Pick up after your pup right away
• Furniture must be covered if dogs join you (old sheets provided)
• No excessive barking—this is a quiet neighborhood
• No other types of animals permitted
Other important things to know:
• No parties, large gatherings, or events—ever
• Quiet hours outdoors: 10pm–8am
• Sleeps 6 max (includes adults + kids, $100 per person fee for more than 6)
• No couch sleeping or additional guests
• Driveway & garage allows up to 4 cars and no RVs
• Mid-stay cleaning included for 16+ day bookings
• Great weather out? It's ok to open the slider! To conserve energy, the HVAC auto-shuts off if a patio slider is open for 5 mins and turns back on when closed.
ADDITIONAL FEES: Optional upgrades we offer are half day upgrades, yoga and sound bath experience, and during-stay housekeeping services. Inquire for more info if you are interested.

Neighborhood highlights
There are SO many places to eat and shop within a few minutes drive. The Copper Burro is in a very quiet residential neighborhood, and the roads are pretty quiet, so it’s a great place to go for a stroll or a jog. We've got a Recommendations List in the house with all of our fave restaurants and places to shop to help you plan your vacation.
