> Php 500 fee for rebooking. Won’t entertain any rebooking request within 5 days prior check in.

> Host/staff can ask guests to leave if place is not respected OR not following house rules.

> Check out is at 12:00 NN or earlier. Notify at least 2 hours ahead for early check out.

> Clean as you go. Turn off lights and appliances when leaving.
> NO clothes/any item places in balcony or hallway.
> Agrees NOT to do/bring anything dangerous or illegal.

> Agrees to PAY for any DAMAGE or MISSING item(s).
> Shall NOT do anything that will disturb other units.
> P5,000 per occurrence of clogged toilet bowl. Do not throw anything (tissue, wipes, napkin, food & others) in the toilet bowl it is NOT a trash bin.

> All guests must show ID to Main Gate Officer for verification.
> Those with symptom of sickness will be denied entry.
> Only registered guests are allowed to get in. Security Team is very strict.
> NO loitering in the premises after 9:00 PM.
🏊♀️ SWIMMING POOL 🏊♀️
> Open Wednesday to Monday 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM.
> CLOSED every TUESDAYS for maintenance.
> Guests must BOOK and PAY personally to Pool Attendant stationed at the clubhouse ground floor.
> Swimming pool fee: P150/person for day swimming and P200/person for night swimming. Children below 3 y/o are free.
> Wearing of proper swimming attire and change to dry clothes after swimming before going back in the unit are strictly implemented.
