Playa Hermosa is located in the province of Puntarenas, on the Central Pacific side of Costa Rica and 1 hour and 40 minutes from Juan Santamaria International Airport. It is a 10-minute drive from Jaco, one of the largest cities in the South Pacific. Playa Hermosa is a beautiful and quiet town, with spectacular sunsets, famous for its waves, recently declared a World Surfing Reserve, being one of the 11 beaches in the world that have this accreditation.

The Coconut Office is located 900 meters from the center of Playa Hermosa where there are several restaurants offering a variety of dishes and only 800 meters from the beach, so you can easily walk there. On the same street, just 400 meters from the complex is the Calle Hermosa mini-market, which offers a variety of general supplies.

The property is located on the slopes of a hillside, which gives us a hill covered with trees where we are usually visited by iguanas, macaws and a family of monkeys already known in the area for their mischief (regular customers of the mini-market)

From the front of the building you can see extensive cattle fields, which gives us an impressive green color palette. A view that can be enjoyed from the Office, so those who need to work will do so while drinking a rich Costa Rican coffee and looking at a beautiful landscape in front of them.
