📋 Booking & Check-In Details
To finalize your reservation, you'll need to sign a rental agreement and upload a copy of your driver’s license and license plate number (or note if you're using a rental car). We're API-connected to OwnerRez, a trusted hotel-style platform that securely manages guest information off Airbnb.
Check-in and check-out are seamless! Our professional cleaners handle all the details so you can fully enjoy your stay—no stripping beds or washing towels. We simply ask that you run the dishwasher before you leave.
🧼 Cleanliness & Safety
The cabin is professionally cleaned between each stay, including the hot tub, which is fully drained, disinfected, and refilled just for you.
The bunk room on the second floor includes 4 twin beds (2 standard + 2 trundles). To use both trundles comfortably, one may need to be wheeled to the foot of the bed.
While we welcome families, please be aware the cabin is not childproof. With high decks, stairs, a hot tub, and a gas fire table, children must be supervised at all times.

🚗 Road Conditions & Access
Our cabin sits high in the beautiful Smoky Mountains. All roads are paved except a short gravel portion near the top. A few sections are steep, so we strongly advise arriving before dark and do not recommend trailers or motorcycles.
In winter months, 4WD or AWD vehicles are highly recommended. The resort does maintain roads in snowy conditions.
🐻 Wildlife & Nature
You may encounter wild bears—do not approach or feed them. Always keep car doors locked, even for quick trips inside, and never leave food or trash outside.
❄ Weather & Power Outages
Occasional power outages or winter weather can affect the cabin and surrounding area. Because these are out of our control, no refunds will be issued for such events. We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance for peace of mind.
📦 Deliveries
Please do not ship packages to the cabin. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen deliveries.
