Enjoy the upstairs sitting room with 65" smart tv or snuggle up in front of the basement fireplace with 50" Roku tv. If action or friendly competition is what you crave, round up a few people for a rousing game of foosball!
The main floor bedroom offers a king bed with ample closet space with direct access to the sunroom and nearby bathroom with exposed brick. The two upstairs bedrooms are equipped with queen beds and a bathroom directly adjacent.
If you need to get some work done during your stay, the office provides fast, fiber optic 300 Mbps internet with French doors for added privacy.
After a day exploring historic Saratoga Springs or Lake George, come home and spend some time relaxing in the hot tub under the dreamy light draped pergola. Enjoy plenty of outdoor seating options for an afternoon barbecue with adirondack chairs and a picnic table situated on a slate patio overlooking backyard. The kids will love the adorable play set among the trees! Finish the night off with a fire in the solo stove. Firewood is available for guests.
A washer and dryer located down the basement is on site for guest use. Laundry detergent is provided.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house apart from the locked supply closets and backyard shed.
Other things to note
No Smoking - cigarettes, cigars, vape pens, marijuana, etc. in the home. Do not leave cigarette butts outside - please bag and dispose of in trash bin.
No parties - no unregistered guests overnight or for a visit without written approval.
No pets.
No outside vendors without written permission.

Security cameras have been placed on the exterior of the house to track weather conditions and parking. These are not directed toward living spaces to protect guest privacy.
Quiet hours are 10PM to 8AM - please be respectful of our neighbors and our community.
***What to expect during the winter***
We do recommend having AWD/4-wheel drive vehicle during the winter months. The cottage is located in an area that can receive large amounts of snow in a short period of time. Our cottage will typically be plowed WITHIN 24 hours of receiving 6 inches of snow but WILL NOT be plowed after every snowfall. We also do not offer snow shoveling service during your stay but provide snow shovels available for your use.
