Enjoy your everyday life by Cha-am beach at this peaceful 3 bedroom-townhouse, a few steps to swimming pools, and 100 meters to the locally known Cha-am beach. The area is surrounded by plenty of restaurants, street food stalls, coffee shops, 24-hour convenience stores, massage shops and more.

The space
- Fully air-conditioned
- Overhead fans in the living room, kitchen and veranda on the ground floor.
- A toilet and bathroom downstairs which makes it convenient for after swimming.
- 2 bathrooms and toilets upstairs, one of them is ensuite.
- 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with a queen size bed.
- Dining area connects to a European style kitchen, fully equipped with gas, stoves, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and dishwasher. All other kitchenery, cutlery and serveware are included.


***Swimming pool is located in the common area, a few steps away from our townhouse - not directly access.

The back door and storage room underneath the stairs are closed and locked at all time. There is no key(s) to access those doors.

Other than that, the entire townhouse plus swimming pools are included in this rental. Please make yourself at home.

- Please try not to misplace keys or fobs; THB 600-1000 replacement fees will need to be passed onto our guests.

- Please remember that you're staying in someone's house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect.

- You are obliged to follow the house rules and the rules of the community project where you have rented a property.

If you turn 3 air conditioning units on only when you sleep, it should cost around THB150 per day. But, if all air conditioning units are used 24 hours a day, the cost may go up to THB500.
