Amazing pool and short walk to the beach. Great family get away just 2.5 hours from central Bangkok (3 hours from Suvarnabhumi Airport).

The space
We are offering a 60.5 sqm condo room on the top floor of the Sansiri “Rain” Compound in Cha Am District just north of Hua Hin. The room has 2 cozy bedrooms (queen size beds w /wardrobe and a working desk and an ergonomic office chair in the master bedroom), comfortable living room with IKEA sleeper sofa, 40" Digital TV (local channels only) including DVD player and Mi Box, a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric stove, kettle, toaster, place settings and an expandable dining table that seats four to six. The unit is located on the 7th floor with expansive views of the forest including nearby national forest parks.

The in-room wifi internet provided is unlimited at the max speed of 4Mbps.

Guest access
You will have a full access to the room. Guest can also access to the compound's air-conditioned gym, several pools, indoor and outdoor seating areas, lush gardens and a small kid playground. The ocean is about 200 meters from the compound gate and accessible via a dedicated walkway during 7am-7pm. A pocket WiFi internet is provided in the room as well as a public wifi available in the common areas. The compound offers laundry service (with charges) and will respond quickly if any maintenance or repairs are needed. The compound also has bicycles for rent but these are limited in number.

Other things to note
General Notes:
- Guests will have to send their copy of passports (for foreigners)/ ID cards (for Thais) to me at least 24 hours before the scheduled arrival time as I need to inform the Condo Juristic Office to give you the room key and building access cards for check-in. They will also photocopy your passport's page/ ID and compare with the ones you send to me for verification purpose and also to keep for their record.
- As a host, I will also need to report the Immigration Bureau of foreigners' stay in my property.
- Even though I will not be able to meet guests as I live in Bangkok, please rest assure I will be standing by in case you need any support.
- In case you need a laundry service, please directly contact the Juristic Office. The office is located near the reception's hall in Building A.
- For any loss of room key or building access cards, you will be charged THB800 as a replacement and THB800 for the car parking sticker.
- The parking space is limited and only reserved for the owner. If you need the parking space, please let me know so I can arrange with the Condo Juristic Office in advance. The car license plate information is required.
- Due to condominium regulation, we are unable to accommodate serviced animals.
- Complimentary bottles of drinking water and rolls of toilet tissue are provided on the check-in date only with no refill.
- The in-room wifi internet provided is unlimited at the max speed of 4Mbps.

FOR LONG-TERM RENTAL (Minimum 28 nights)
- A room cleaning service including changing bedsheet will be provided every 2 weeks.
- The complimentary electricity fee is provided up to 200 units (kwh) per month. The extra unit will be charged at 6baht per unit. Water and internet are free.

Neighborhood highlights

This condo is located inside the Regent Hotel's area, very quite and private but yet still accessible by walking to services.

Local restaurants, Thai/foot massage, small groceries and minimarts, laundry services, gift shops, and motorcycle rentals are available within a 5 to 7-minute walk from the compound. A 24hour 7-Eleven is only 1.5km away.

In case you are looking for an easy breakfast option, you can try breakfast buffet at the Regent Hotel, which is only 5 minutes walk from the compound.
