The space
Designed and decorated by a local artist/former owner, our Cottage is rich in artistic flair and details—as well as all the essentials for a great short or long term stay. Not your standard fare Abnb guest house. Maintained w/ earth friendly eco products that are low tox, low VOC and non-aromatic, helping keep this space as chemical free as possible as well doing our best to limit our impact on the planet.

Ground floor house, with easy access, only 3 porch steps to the front door and only 20’ from a majestic Sequoia tree that is approx. 6’ in diameter!

This area is a unique part of Corvallis being so close to campus and downtown yet bordering the countryside. Only a short walk (1/4 mile) to the Mary’s River Natural Area, a city park bordering the Mary’s River with an extensive boardwalk.

***Located on the ancestral lands of the Ampinefu band of Kalapuya, who have and are tending these lands since time immemorial. Kalapuya people were forcibly removed to reservations at Grand Ronde or Siletz after the Willamette Valley treaty of 1855. Today, many Kalapuya people live on their tribal or tribally ceded lands and are active members of the sovereign nations of the Confederated Tribes of the Grand of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indian.

In acknowledgment of this, 3% of our Abnb proceeds are donated yearly to these tribes or affiliated foundations.

Guest access
The entire cottage is yours and private during your stay, two sets of keys provided. Full access to all amenities and rooms: kitchen, living room, bathroom and bedroom. Multiple sets of linens and towels available as well.

Other things to note
Mini-split/heat pump HVAC system as of August 2021, providing efficient heating and air conditioning. On demand hot water heater—give it a second!— with the latest technology. Eco cleaning products used throughout. Low VOC and low TOX environment. Come relax and breath fresh air not industrial chemicals ;-)
