Welcome to Rooted Raven Campsites! Explore nearby North Cascades National Park via Cascade River Road, with access to Cascade Pass, Sahale Glacier, and scenic Skagit River trails. Hwy 20 leads to Washington Pass, Mazama, and Winthrop. Enjoy hiking, fishing, rafting, and wildlife viewing. Please be prepared for changing weather and natural hazards. Marblemount offers firewood, & supplies. Ask about local tips!

The space
This cozy tent-only site is perfect for campers looking to unwind under the stars. There's plenty of flat space to pitch your tent and still have room for up to two passenger vehicles — or swap one for a van or truck if that’s your style.

Just a short 5-minute walk away, you’ll find public restrooms with flushing toilets and hot water, so you can enjoy a bit of comfort without sacrificing the outdoorsy vibe. Peaceful, practical, and primed for your next unplugged getaway! Have a larger group? Check to see if the adjacent Alpine Alps site is available!

The gas stations in Marblemount provide a great option for firewood & a good supply of essentials if you forgot something. The closest charging stations are in Concrete, Newhalem both about 30 minutes away, and in Darrington about 45 minutes away. This camp is located in the Cascade River Park, an off grid community. There is no common electricity as all homes are individually powered.

ITEMS TO NOTE:
No bathroom on site: walk to restroom is 5 minutes
Running water must be boiled to drink. Provide your own drinking water.
As of 6/29/26, wood fires are prohibited.

Guest access
This space is entirely for your use. You will be in sight of other guests.

You will be provided with one key card to for the electronic gate. Please leave the key in the lockbox when leaving the park. One car per card swipe.

Other things to note
All visitors must sign in at the visitor kiosk.

Take a copy of the park rules, if available, a copy is provided at the site. All rules must be followed.

Only 1 vehicle through the gate at a time/card swipe

The use of firearms and fireworks is prohibited at all times.

Please be respectful of our neighbors, limit light and noise pollution.

Please respect any burn bans.

Quiet hours: 10pm-7am

15MPH in the park at all times.

Water is available at site, boil water or filter if used for drinking.

Pack it in, pack it out, a dumpster is located at the front gate.

Any human or animal waste, including TP, will result in an excessive cleaning fee of $500.

Leave no trace.
