The space
Thoughtfully designed studio that lives way bigger than it should. A partition wall splits the space into two real zones — a private sleeping side with a comfortable queen bed and quality linens, and a separate living area with a sleeper sofa that comfortably handles a second guest. Each side gets its own 50" smart TV, so movie night and bedtime don't have to compete.

The kitchen is fully loaded — full-size appliances, real cookware, everything you need to skip eating out for a week if you want. A counter doubles as your dining table and workspace, and the large bathroom gives you room to actually get ready in the morning without elbowing the wall.

The real showstopper: oversized windows framing A-Mountain, with room-darkening shades that mean you sleep when you want and wake up to one of the best sunset views in central Tucson. Built in 1958 and fully restored in 2022, The Broadmoor blends mid-century character — including the building's exposed cantilevered concrete and signature front overhang — with clean, modern finishes throughout.

Guest access
You'll have complete private access to your space. The Broadmoor is a secure building with keypad entry to the residential floor and camera monitoring at the stairwells and parking lot, so you can come and go 24/7 with peace of mind. Your unit has its own smart lock for easy self check-in.

Free guest parking is available on a first-come basis on both sides and the front of the building — no assigned spots, just grab whatever's open.

The building is elevator-served from the north side, and the unit itself is a single-story layout (no stairs inside the apartment) once you're on the second floor.
