Welcome to the Blue Pearl! Located on Sunset Beach in Moclips WA, 17 miles north of Ocean Shores, on a secluded street with about a dozen homes. This home, about 1450sf, offers a view for miles! You can enjoy it from the comfort of your decks, living room, upper front bedroom or kitchen. Walk merely 60 steps to the sandy beach using the maintained beach access trail directly in front of the home. There is a wooden bridge and 7-8 uneven stairs. You will love the morning views & sunsets!
The space
The amazing view is available at a small price … there are stairs … about 30 into the lower level and 40 into the upper level. They are sturdy and wide. This property would not be appropriate for someone who has difficulty walking up or down stairs. It is not wheelchair accessible.
This home is available to rent three different ways: the entire home, the upper duplex or the lower duplex. This listing is for the ENTIRE HOUSE which includes two fully self contained units: a 2 bedroom 1 bath upper unit and a 1 bedroom 1 bath lower unit.

Inside you will find two well-stocked kitchens with most everything you need to prepare meals including complimentary spices, coffee and tea, and beverage condiments as well as cleaning supplies. We also provide a crock pot, electric fry pan and electric griddle. Linens, towels and paper products are provided. Please bring your own beach towels. There is one bedroom in the lower level and two bedrooms in the upper level. All have queen beds. There is a sofa bed in the upper living room and a futon in the lower living room; perfect if you bring along a couple of kiddos. There are TVs/DVD players in both living rooms and all bedrooms. There is a variety of DVD movies to watch! We also have a wireless speaker in each living room! We have a variety of games, puzzles and books! The washer/dryer is located in the lower level. There is a charcoal briquette BBQ on both the lower deck and on the upper balcony.
Free WIFI access is included. Please be sure to adjust your phone settings to enable WIFI calling before you leave home. Some carriers require you do this from their network. Cell phone service is sketchy along the coast! This property does not have a landline.
When you are ready to relax, there is an enclosed hot tub where you can also enjoy the view! The hot tub is shared by guests in both the upper and lower units. Please be respectful and follow the posted rules.
There is also a fire pit with rustic seating on the property. Firewood is available for sale in several locations nearby. You are welcome to use any wood stacked near the fire pit.
Your pre-approved dogs are welcome, with a limit of two per level. Pet fee applies. Dogs must be friendly and under 40 pounds. Exceptions on a case by case basis. Doggy bags are provided; please pick up and dispose of any waste your dog leaves in the yard, on the private road or on the beach. Barking dogs are not allowed. If you would not allow your dog to run off leash in a dog park due to temperament, this is not the place for you. There are many friendly dogs off leash in the area and on the beach who may approach your dog on leash. Please read entire rules.
This is a non-smoking property. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed inside the home, on the decks & stairs or on the property.

Why visit this property? For us, it means peace, serenity, calm. An opportunity to enjoy the vast ocean, the crashing waves, the clean sandy beach. We love relaxing here and spending time alone as well as sharing with family and friends. Kick up your heels in the sand like a child or kick back with a beverage and enjoy the view. Life is just better at the beach.
