The space
Overview:
This second floor property is a very bright and open plan modern flat which was completely refurbished in December 2021. It's on a quiet street yet only moments from local pubs, and the heart of The Laines and Brighton City Centre. It's exclusively an AirBnb property so nobody lives in it.
It’s got new carpets, high ceilings, brand new appliances in the kitchen (including a dishwasher and washing machine), a brand new bathroom and even a super king bed that a TV automatically rises out of.
The following outlines some details of each of the spaces:
The Living Room:
This space has beautiful natural light throughout the day, making it the perfect area to sit and enjoy the extremely comfortable, modern, Kartell designer label sofas. You can sit in this room and enjoy the artwork on each wall whilst relaxing or enjoying a drink. The soft pile carpets, shutter blinds, high ceilings and stylish lighting finish this room off, making it perfectly modern yet cozy.
The Bedroom:
The bedroom hosts a SuperKing TV Bed with a brand new Emma mattress. The 32 inch smart TV rises out of the end of the TV with a remote and on this you can watch any streaming channels such as Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, BBC Iplayer and ITV Hub. The bed has cosy Egyption cotton sheets and 4 pillows.
The bedroom also had a 3 door cupboard, complete with hangers and drawers which can be used for your clothes and belongings. There is a large window window in the bedroom which overlooks a red blossoming tree. This window can be opened in the summer to cool the room down.
The room is finished with a lovely soft carpet, and artwork across each wall. It also has an en-suite bathroom.
The Bathroom:
The brand new bathroom has underfloor heating, a very high pressure rain shower and a light up, heated mirror. There is a large opaque window which lets in plenty of light without compromising privacy. Treseme shampoo, conditioner and bodywash are provided for each guest.
The Kitchen:
The kitchen has all new appliances including a fridge/freezer, microwave, oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher and washing machine - all of which can be used without extra cost. It is fully equipped with a kettle and toaster as well as pans, utensils, trays and anything else you would need to cook a meal. We also supply tea and coffee as well as condiments and biscuits for each stay.
Guest access
You are able to access all of the property, and nobody else will be staying in the property whilst you're there.
