✱ Pets are NOT allowed as per condo policy.
✱ NO SMOKING/VAPING. Smoke sensors are sensitive.
✱ Avoid cooking foods that can trigger lots of smoke since smoke sensors are sensitive
✱ NO LOUD PARTY/MUSIC
✱ A PENALTY OF ₱1,000 FOR EACH VIOLATION.
✱ Additional Php400/person in excess of 4 guests.
