The space
Lake Erie has water views from the bedroom, kitchen, and large patio. One of the Master Bedrooms opens up directly onto the private backyard huge wooden patio through sliding glass doors.
One Gig high-speed complimentary WIFI Internet to connect your laptop or phone. 4k Ultra HD 50-inch Smart TV for streaming YouTube, Netflix, or Hulu in the bedroom. You can even connect your laptop to the TV using Smartcast.

Private large wooden backyard deck with new gas grill, 6 seats wrought iron patio set, and a lot of additional wooden bench seating with views of Lake Erie.
Bonus: White Gravel seating area outside directly overlooking the private beach. Outdoor furniture will be moved inside during the cold, snowy winter.

Take the wooden steps to visit the private beach. Approximately 100 steps to the beach as per the step counter :)

You will be the sole occupant of the house during your stay, and it will not be shared. You can use the home and outdoor property as your own; feel free to use the kitchen and any supplies. The entire Studio is only for the use of our guests, not to share with anyone else.

There are outside security cameras installed above the garage and the backyard porch. They are only able to be accessed by ourselves and solely in case of emergency, home invasion, or home problems. All cameras face outward, and there is no surveillance indoors.

No refunds or credits will be provided after your rental stay is completed.

Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and towels are included in the studio, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. Please bring your beach towel, as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the house.

Note: Beach water levels move up and down, and beach accessibility cannot be predicted or guaranteed during your stay.

This is a non-smoking, and only well-trained, hypoallergenic pets are allowed. Please confirm with us.

Smoking (of any kind) will result in an additional $250 cleaning fee.

No parties are allowed without prior permission.
