Spacious, quiet, decorated accommodation, furniture, quality bed and bath linens, plus a very well-equipped kitchen.

Comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests, with 3 bedrooms that offer, in addition to the beds, an auxiliary BED (double bed) and a double sofa bed, ensuring that everyone has comfort, mobility in the rooms and privacy.

We welcome guests traveling for work, events in the city, or sightseeing. With that in mind, we offer different check-in times between 10 a.m. and noon, in addition to check-out at noon. IN THE APARTMENT

For the safety of children and/or pets, all windows have newly installed protective nets.

Living room with split air-conditioning that also cools the kitchen, 2-seater sofa, extendable table (up to 6 seats), 4 stools for use of the American kitchen counter, cozy winter garden.

Social bathroom with blindex in perfect working order. We have 2 full bathrooms, one of which is accessed through the suite.

American kitchen equipped with a microwave, cabinets, refrigerator, stove, utensils and appliances.

Our accommodation is located on Rua Silveira Martins, in a historic and tourist district of Rio de Janeiro, with excellent access to shopping (markets, pharmacies, bars and restaurants), extremely easy to get around (140 meters from the subway, buses and a large number of drivers using apps), as well as tourist attractions (120 meters from the Museum of the Republic and the gardens of the Catete Palace) and leisure areas such as Aterro and Flamengo beach (approximately 5-10 minutes on foot).

Easy access to the beaches of Copacabana, Ipanema, Leblon and Barra da Tijuca (subway).

Very short travel time to tourist attractions (Corcovado, Pão de Açúcar, CCBB, Lapa, Municipal Theater, MAM, Museum of Tomorrow, Sambódromo and Maracanã, among many others), as well as Santos Dumont airport and bus terminal (Novo Rio).
