The space
Nestled in a peaceful and quiet area of Liwliwa, San Felipe, Zambales, Amancio Private Villas is only 8-minute walk or a 2-minute ride from Liwa Beach’s coastline. You’ll also be close to local cafés, surf spots, and restaurants. Our friendly staff may drive for you in our golf e-cart, available for quick rides to the beach or market. (subject to availability)

• Pool heating can be adjusted at night upon request (25–38°C)
• Our team will assist for pool temperature or golf e-cart transfers (when available).
• Pets may be allowed with P800 fee per pet per night. Please be mindful of wood furnitures and linens.
• Liwaliwa San Felipe is prone to power outbreaks, we have electric generator on stand by
📜 House Rules
• Respect the property and neighbors - no loud noise after 10:00 PM
• No parties or events without prior approval.
• Please remove shoes/slippers when entering the living area and bedrooms.
• No smoking inside the villa
• No illegal activities
• No diving in / running around the pool. Kindly supervise your children.
• Pets are not allowed inside the pool, sofa and beddings
• No food and drinks allowed around the pool area. Kitchenwares and bottles are prohibited.
• Only registered guests allowed inside the property.
• Dispose of trash properly and maintain cleanliness. You may put the trash outside the gate to be collected.
• Handle all amenities and appliances with care.
• Please turn off air-condition when not in use.
