Escape to A-Frame of Mind on Blue Lake - a lakeside retreat designed for relaxation and connection. Extra large lake lot with 150 feet of frontage * dock with dock stairs * lakeside patio with outdoor furniture and fire pit * beach area with loungers * 18-foot pontoon available for rent ($250 for 1 day or get a discounted rate for the duration of your stay). We also provide all the convenience items like paper plates, bowls, cups, and utensils. There are two public boat launches on the lake.

The space
We are located near the end of a private road on the north bay of Blue Lake.

Bedrooms 1 and 2 are located on the walk-out basement level of the home. Each has its own door leading out to the patio.

Bedroom 3 is located on the 3rd level and is accessed via a spiral staircase. If that is a concern, please take that into consideration prior to booking.

All bedrooms have AC units.

There are full bathrooms on the main and lower levels of the home.

Large deck with propane grill and table and seating. There is a patio underneath the deck with outdoor furniture.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire house and all outdoor areas.

Pontoon rental:
Rental process steps will be on the kitchen counter. No need to reserve ahead of time; you can decide when you get here. We are flexible and know how MN weather can be!
Rental price is $250 for 1 day or get a discounted rate for the duration of your stay based on the number of nights you are staying. 2 nights: $300, 3 nights: $400, 4 nights: $500, and 5 nights: $600. Full tank of gas and life jackets included.

Please be advised that the 3rd story loft area (Bedroom 3) is accessed via a spiral staircase (shown in living room photo). If this is a concern, please take that into consideration prior to booking.

Our water heater is on an energy efficiency setting so it turns down at night and may result in not enough hot water for long showers. We recommend showering in the morning or evenings to ensure you have ample hot water.
