Great view and very quiet being top floor. Elevator is there so no worry to walk to the stairs. There are 3 pools on the ground floor. Restaurant, Spa, charcoal grill and gym is onsite.

Two adults stay comfortably. I allow 2 small children. Please send me note if you have more than two. Recently remodeled one bedroom condo located sandy beach Puerto Penasco, Mexico. 65 inch smart TV in livingroom and 49 inch smart TV in the bedroom are available for guest to enjoy but watching the ocean through patio is way better than TV. Please note, I have smart lock in place and the code is NOT ACTIVATED until 4PM.

Guests can access to pool, small Gym in common area. ATM machine and small shop in C building lobby area.

Other things to note
Early check in and late check out is not always available but please inquiry. If it’s available $10 per hour. Please inquiry for more detail if this is what you are interested.

Please no pets(I love pets but the HOA doesn’t allow). And please no smoking on any kinds. You would be subject to be evicted if you violate any resort rule and they force the 0 tolerance. A lot of times I have guests booking with children. Infants count as 1 person on the total headcount. the MAX guests total is 4 ppl regardless of age. with small futon, 4 adults might be squeeze. please inquiry for more info.
