The space
Boulder Ridge is the best home for family reunions, bachelor/bachelorette parties, small events, large groups, big families, golf crews and more! The home sleeps 17+ and there are a wide variety of areas for entertainment ranging from spacious living quarters (three living rooms!) to updated barns as well as balconies and a large yard with a fire ring. Boulder Ridge has a little bit of everything for everyone.
**This rental is for the main area of the home PLUS a brand new 1200 sq ft attached upstairs apartment. This new apartment has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry and more! **

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home except for owners closets which are marked or locked. Guests also have access to the attached barn and Event barn. Please stay out of the outbuilding behind the home and the do not go into the part of the barn with white doors.
Other things to note
Boulder Ridge is a sister property to “Highland Lodge” sitting only 1/2 mile apart and accessible by trail or road. Guests are welcome to rent both at the same time. Highland Lodge can be found by clicking on my host face bubble and it will bring you to my profile and listings.
