The 828 Overlook is a downtown Boone Loft Space with a rooftop outdoor deck and mountain views. This fully renovated modern/mountain loft is located in vibrant downtown Boone with a private parking spot. Walk to shops, galleries, bars, restaurants, football games and more. Close access to skiing, hiking, fishing and all the High Country has to offer. Inside features hardwood floors, modern fireplace, full kitchen w/ new appliances, heated floor tile in the bath and private bedroom.

The space
Outside you will find a reserved parking spot (a rare find in downtown Boone!) Upstairs to the loft is a large trex deck with table and chairs and mountain views! Through the front door you will find an open kitchen and living area with bar seating. The living room has a green velvet sofa that folds out into a queen bed, a flat screen TV and a wall mounted fireplace that gives heat as well as awesome ambience with color changing flames and rocks. Moving into the kitchen you will find a fully stocked kitchen space with oven, electric stove top, dishwasher, refrigerator and deep sink with disposal. White quartz counters and custom cabinets. The kitchen has all of the utensils and cooking supplies you would need if you opt to cook in rather than walk to one of the many restaurants in downtown Boone. There is a spacious bathroom with tiled shower and glass shower door, heated floor tile, quartz counters over a washer and dryer! The bedroom features a king size bed with high end mattress, dimmable lighting at each side of the bed, a ceiling light/ fan combo, closet space and flat screen TV. Real hardwood flooring throughout!

I am a native of Knoxville Tennessee. As an outdoor lover I fell in love with the High Country as a child. In 1997 I moved to Boone to attend Appalachian State University where I received my degree in Theatre Education. I moved to Charlotte to teach soon after graduation. In 2003 I married Matt Long, a Boone native and General Contractor. In 2007 we were finally given the opportunity to move back to the place we love. As that time I shifted career paths and became a full time Real Estate Broker. We feel very blessed to live and work in one of the most peaceful, beautiful places on earth. We have 2 awesome kiddos- Sadie Rose and Levi, as well as a fantastic pup Emmie Lou!
