1. Location & Room
The unit faces the roadside, allowing natural light and fresh air. You may hear some light traffic at times—simply close the balcony doors or windows for a quieter stay. Fans are provided for ventilation and cooling.
2. Condominium Property
This is a privately owned condo unit within a managed building. Please note that building staff, guards, and management have their own guidelines and responsibilities separate from our team.
3. Power Supply
Power interruptions are uncommon but may occasionally occur due to city maintenance or weather conditions. The building has a backup generator with limited capacity during outages. Essential lights will remain functional, though some appliances may be temporarily unavailable.
4. Cancellation & Rebooking
Cancellations made 7–14 days before check-in are eligible for a 50% refund. Guest reductions within this period are treated as a cancellation.
For cancellations within 6 days of check-in, refunds or date changes are not available.
For valid emergencies (e.g., typhoon, road closures, or declared calamities), one-time rebooking may be arranged with a ₱2,000 fee. The total rate may vary based on new booking dates.
5. Parking
The parking slot has a vertical clearance of 2.2 meters. Please ensure your vehicle meets this height limit for smooth access.
6. Staff Availability
Our team is available for assistance between 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For any special requests, kindly inform us ahead of time so we can prepare accordingly.
7. Cleaning Policy
• For 1–3 nights: Optional extra cleaning at ₱1,500 per session.
• For 4+ nights: Complimentary cleaning available every 4 days upon request.
• Towels may be replaced every 3 nights of stay, free of charge.
