Guests love this home’s scenic location.
Downlands is a first floor apartment with spectacular views and bright and airy decor that echoes the sea in every room. The apartment has two double bedrooms, a fully fitted open plan kitchen/lounge/diner and a shower/WC. Bed linen, electric heating, TV and wi-fi are all included. Up to 2 well-behaved dogs are welcome.

The space
Downlands is situated just a few hundred yards from the South West Coast Path as it passes over Maer Down on the outskirts of Bude. The beaches of Northcott Mouth, Crooklets and Summerleaze are all within easy walking distance. Maer is a quiet hamlet situated on a private country lane about 15 minutes walk or a few minutes drive from the bustling centre of Bude with its good range of shops, pubs, bars, restaurants and takeaways. Maer Lake nature reserve is close by and can be seen from the apartment.
