Kingsbridge is a historic market town that also has the benefit of having an active residential community, giving rise to a welcoming, warm atmosphere, and lots of boutique shops and restaurants to explore – all accessible on foot from this property. Stroll down the hill and you will reach the water’s edge, where various pubs offer food and drink with a waterside view. Kingsbridge is also only a short drive from the popular sailing town of Salcombe, as well as a variety of beautiful beaches including the surfing haven at Bantham, the beautiful North Sands, picturesque South Milton and many, many more.
