Underfloor heating and a cosy wood-burner. There is an EV charger at the barn. Beaches and moorland all within a half hour drive. Being within a working farm, sadly we cannot allow dogs.

Centrally-located place in the heart of Barnstaple Town. With Breath taking estuary views in both directions, then past that onto rolling hills. Perfectly located on the 'Tarka Trail', only a short walk from the town centre of Barnstaple. Great transport links when working in the area / commuting.

We are right on the Tarka trail and close to Exmoor for walks.Just 30 min from Saunton Sands, Croyde, Woolacombe And Westward Ho’, a 10 min drive will take you to the market town of Barnstaple or a 25 minute drive to Bideford where you can take the ferry to Lundy Island, a small dog is welcome by prior arrangement
