Nestled in the picturesque and friendly village of Swimbridge, the annexe at Willows is a comfortable and well equipped base for those looking to explore the beautiful local area of North Devon. Integrated in the main house, but with independent access and parking it is easy to feel at home. Relax in the lounge and use the kitchenette (hobs, microwave, kettle, fridge) to self-cater or head to the village pub 200m away. Great beaches 14 miles / Exmoor National Park 5 miles. Sorry no pets.

You will be staying in a beautiful green oak outbuilding with 4 dormer windows and a glass gable end offering delightful Devon countryside views. Access is via a private door into the front of the building. From the upstairs living area, a door leads to your own private garden. There is a decking area with a bench and table for outside dining and a barbecue in season. There is a wooden gazebo at the top of the garden also with a table and seating for outside dining with more lovely views.

Large camping space with access to a bathroom as well as use of hot tub (additional charge applies), barbecue and fire pit. Price is for up to 4 adults. Additional guests will be charged on arrival. You will have exclusive use of the space, with no other camping guests during your stay. Must love dogs. We have 5 very friendly dogs who you won't be able to avoid interacting with. We are a working smallholding with chickens, ducks, lambs, goats and pigs. Well behaved dogs are very welcome
