Very close to the beach - nice calm location!

Loved staying at this little gem on Sanibel! Walking distance to many things, but mostly rode a bike everywhere during my stay, which is the easiest way to get around. The unit is on a busier road, but really not an issue and at night everything is super quiet on the island. Ryan and Nicole were very responsive and worked to resolve anything out of the ordinary that came up. I enjoyed my month on Sanibel and plan to return next year!!!

Newly remodeled and very clean. Easy walk to the beach with all amenities needed for a relaxing vacation. Perfect for a two people. Would work for 4, but could be a bit tight depending on the ages.

The place was clean and decorated cute with the beach theme. It looked just like the pictures - I didn’t use any of the facilities while I was at the complex, but I took nightly walks and felt safe. The screened in porch was really nice.
