Cottage near beach

Nice cottage close to a good beach with a swimming bridge. No cars around cottages (unloading, however, is allowed). Free parking 50 meters away. 2 charging stations 100 meters from parking space. Direct charging 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. and charging overnight! Surf, paddle, bike and walk/run in beautiful nature. Bring bicycles. Newly built town/harbor with sea swimming within walking distance with good shopping opportunities as well as a restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen. 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Idyllic, charming farmhouse/holiday home with direct access to private sandy beach and the Baltic Sea from the backyard, with its own staircase to the beach. Large beautiful garden with playhouse, trampoline and play tower. Located in rural surroundings in protected area. Residential approx. 160 m3, large living room, large functional kitchen with dining area for 6-8 people. 4 bedrooms with room for a maximum of 6 adults and 2 children. Smaller but functional bathroom with shower. Large utility room. Absolutely no parties, no animals and no smoking indoors.

The small charming townhouse is centrally located in Nysted city, close to the harbor, where it buzzes with life in the summer and overlooking Ålholm Castle. The house is in walking distance to cozy beach, close to small unique shops. Enjoy your stay in this old cozy market town. The whole area offers beautiful nature, which is up for walking or biking. At the edge of Nysted there is a bird sanctuary, a small boat harbor, ice cream houses and restaurants as well as several playgrounds. In addition to this, Kettinge swimming pool is close by

Spacious nordic living in rural surroundings

Enjoy some time in the Danish countryside, in this spacious house, close to the sea. With 30 mins to Rødby, 40 mins to Gedser and just over an hour to Copenhagen, the house is conveniently located in one of the most beautiful parts of Denmark, on the banks of the northern part of Falster. The house is a shared summer-house owned by two families, and can easily accommodate 10 people. The area provides ample opportunities for enjoying nature with water, forrests and fields just outside the door.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. New Nordic: Cozy summer cottage close to the beach

Large beautiful plot of 1200m2, away from the road. Very child friendly, with plenty of room for play and ball games. The house is located approx. 400m from Denmark's best beach, 150m to the grocery store, pizzeria & ice cream shop. About 3 km to Marielyst cozy square.  The house is heated with heat pump, wood-burning stove and electricity, so there is ample opportunity to enjoy the house on cold days. The house TV is not connected to TV channels, but there is chromiumcast in the TV.

A small balcony features a round table paired with two black chairs, offering views of an open landscape and the sea in the distance. Clear blue skies stretch above, and the surrounding area includes greenery and nearby houses.

Beautifully located cottage with ocean views

Welcome to our lovely summerhouse (15 min from Marielyst). The cottage is located less than 200 meters from the beach, where it is possible to swim from the jetty. There is also a cozy marina 100 meters from the house. We use our own summerhouse often, but we would love to share this gem with you who want to take good care of it while you have a wonderful holiday in quiet and scenic Gedser. Guests must bring their own bedding, sheets, towels, tea towels, and dishcloths.

The front of the house displays a modern two-story design with blue and white siding. A small patio area features a round table and chairs, complemented by a potted plant. The entrance door is painted in a vivid blue, contributing to the welcoming appearance.

Best location in Nørrevang - newly renovated in young style with 2 separate bedrooms with comfortable double beds. Nice wooden terrace to the southwest with full evening sun. There is free parking adjacent to the house. The house is located in the center of Marielyst holiday village close to good shopping, dining, playgrounds and one of Denmark's best beaches is only 600 meters from the house. It is not allowed to smoke and have pets in the house
