Nice cottage close to a good beach with a swimming bridge. No cars around cottages (unloading, however, is allowed). Free parking 50 meters away. 2 charging stations 100 meters from parking space. Direct charging 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. and charging overnight! Surf, paddle, bike and walk/run in beautiful nature. Bring bicycles. Newly built town/harbor with sea swimming within walking distance with good shopping opportunities as well as a restaurant/pizza. Netto and Brugsen. 1/2 hour drive to Lalandia, Knuthenborg, Dodekalitten. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.

Beautiful summer cottage in Marielyst on Lolland Falster

The house is bright and cozy. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). A super summerhouse, which can be used all year, is located 200 meters to Denmark's best beach. Marielyst is a great holiday paradise, with beach, forest, rich birds and expensive life. Marielyst also has shopping, restaurants, and bars. The house can also be used in winter, there is an energy-friendly heat pump, and the house is well insulated. Price is without electricity consumption. So additional payment requirements for Electricity consumption comes after the stay.

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Lovely bright summerhouse with sunny covered terrace. Living room and fully equipped kitchen in one as well as three smaller rooms, one with double bed (140x200) and two with bunk beds. Bathroom with shower and washing machine. We expect you to leave the house neat and tidy. Consumption incl. rent. Bed linen and towels can be rented for 50 DKK (7 EUR) per person or brought.

A really Nice and cozy House with 4 bedrooms. It has a large beautiful garden with trees and flowers. Outside chairs and tables. Close to Beach (500 m) and shopping of All kind (1-3 km). The Nature is so beautiful here and it is really Calm surroundings. The House is in 113 square meters.
