The house is really close to everything, which is great to have some nice exploring by walking. As a plus, the house is super well designed and organized, perfect for a couple and can even accommodate kids. There’s no noise and you can have a restful night after a long exploring day. Stéphanie was always super responsive and helpful, even providing us some nice places to try regional food. Rennes is a surprising cool city! We loved the vibe. Thank you for having us!

A perfect stay. The apartment is impeccable, everything is clean. The host is super nice. You can park right in front of the apartment to unload your things, and there is plenty of parking nearby to park better afterwards. So don't hesitate, go for it! Very nice functional apartment and very conveniently located in Rennes, with several restaurants nearby and a good starting point for multiple walks.

Francine is a very kind host, she goes out of her way to communicate clearly and ensure you have everything you need. As there were no shops open nearby (and we were cycling) we bought some food and Francine set up a table in the garden for us. The apartment is very homely and well equipped with many small touches that make your stay enjoyable... a breakfast tray, ice cubes in the freezer, a fan, extra drinks on offer. The house is right by the cycle path, and you can swim in the lake after cycling all day. A perfect overnight stay!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The welcome upon arrival was very warm and made us feel comfortable. Its location is very convenient because there are a lot of things nearby and at the same time the balcony faces the greenery which allows you to be quiet as well. Recommended
