Excellent place, clean and peaceful, I highly recommend it.

Nice apartment just outside of the city. But nice and quiet. Bed was very comfortable and the apartment was equipped with everything necessary. Check-in was unfortunately a bit complicated, the doorman didn't know anything about us and we had to call the host.

An excellent place to share with the family and the attention of both David and Jessica (in addition to the people who supported us with the cleanliness and amenities of the house) was excellent! Highly recommended!

Identical as the photos. Everything spotless. We loved the place. Virginia was very helpful and friendly in providing check-in and check-in information. It is a fantastic place to rest and enjoy days of relaxation and comfort with elegant details that the apartment has. Super comfortable with everything you need for cooking and being in several days. We'll definitely be back when we can.

We felt right at home! The facilities are very nice and comfortable! We were welcomed by Doris and Vinicio who took care of us and helped us at all times! Everything was excellent!

Michael’s place was absolutely beautiful—every detail felt luxurious. The rooms were stunning, the pool was incredible, and the overall atmosphere made for a truly relaxing stay. The location was perfect—just a few minutes’ walk to everything we needed, from restaurants and shops to beaches and local spots. We also really appreciated the on-site security, who greeted us each day and were quick to open the gate—it made us feel very safe and taken care of. One thing to note: Airbnb didn’t clearly state that there would be extra charges for additional guests, even though the house fits eight. Thankfully, Michael was very kind and offered to split the extra cost with us, which we really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this home to others.

We enjoyed each minute at Gustavo’s place. My family wanted to make some grocery shopping before our arrival and have it all in place before our arrival. Needless to say to say we contacted the host and without hesitation they accommodate to their best so we could have access to the property to organize our shopping. We had a huge delay while traveling g, which put us far from our expected time of arrival. When I contacted Gustavo he was very kind and made sure our check in was as smooth as possible once we got there. He is always responsive, taking care of every single detail, answering all of our questions. If you are planning to come to Jalapa either for leisure or business I highly recommend his place as it is centrally located, surrounded by a beautiful view, quiet and serene but yet close to the city and all Jalapa has to offer. I know we are looking forward to our next stay at Gustavo’s place.

We were delighted by our unique experience at this Villa. It is much larger than one can understand by the photos, and the beds were all very comfortable. The daily breakfast and coffee by Delmi was lovely…just ask to get more clarity on what is planned to serve and when they’ll serve to help streamline. The location is ideal for walking in to town to explore, while also feeling like you’re in a peaceful compound. Overall, we loved our time there!

Always magical here. Second time staying, and our group loved it. Eric helps with everything, his cooks are the best, and his transport is the nicest to get to the lake. Highly recommend!

Loved Jose’ b and b right next to the beach and a nice pool area. Lots of rooms to sleep our group. Host was also very good at communicating any needs for the rental.

A house with EVERYTHING you need to enjoy the sea in peace and comfort. Spectacular ranch, clean and comfortable house, practical modern and functional kitchen. Great location. We will definitely be back.

The place is spacious as described with lots of room for a large groups, it was straight forward to find the place if you are familiar with the roads of Guatemala. I would recommend this place based on pricing; the host is very responsive, his team super helpful. I do have to point the beach is a bit of walk but on the plus side, there is a mini market right next door to at make it easy to access.

The house is spectacular, with wonderful views, Héctor and Gladys were super helpful and helpful at all times! Maria was always super communicative and the house was relentless at all times during our stay with all the amenities and amenities for me and my family. The place is a 100/10

We have stayed at Casa Pingüino several times and have always been very satisfied. The welcome gifts were a beautiful and exceptional touch, the house was very nice and the attention from Carlos and his staff was excellent. Casa Pingüinos is a 5-star accommodation.

Wow! We can’t say enough about this place! We had such a great time. The host was very clear and sent very good instructions on getting there. Made it easy to find and felt right at home. The staff there is so kind! Even though we don’t speak much Spanish every one was super kind and helpful. The space looks just like the description very beautiful! We really enjoyed the complimentary shuttle into Antigua. We had the best trip! Would highly recommend this place!

We shared as a family in this beautiful house, very comfortable, we liked the pool very much, the outdoor areas are very nice to share, the kitchen is very large and there is everything you need to cook. The pool table and ping pong table area is very nice for family moments. we will certainly return.

A demanding place. The house is small but very cozy and has everything you need. The host is very attentive at all times and the manager Ersiodo is an excellent person, very kind and attentive. What we liked the most was that the pool is fresh water, which is phenomenal. I recommend it
