Guest house with a big front porch, located in a beautiful, private garden. The property is surrounded by walls and has lake access. The big garden is shared with 3 other little houses, as is the swimming pool. The house consists of one big room, with a double bed, single bed, lounge area & chimney. The kitchenette is in a separate house, as is the bathroom (not shared with other guests). The property is a 5-min walk from Café Cosmico by the road, from where tuctucs go to the center of Santiago

*A few meters from a floating dock on the lake, in front of the imposing volcano, where you can swim outdoors, or simply take a moment to contemplate without nostalgia one end of beautiful Lake Atitlan. *Ideal for staying if you want to climb the Atitlan or Toliman volcano *Hiking The floating beach and dock are a 5-minute walk down the road. The accommodation does not have a beach or private dock. If you walk a little, you can enjoy them.

The apartment is located near plaza La Estación, also near the Oakland Place, there are lot of restaurants, and many other things by walking distance.
