I felt instantly at home the moment I walked into Ana’s Casa del Pozo. My room, bed, and private in-room bath were comfortable, clean, well-maintained and authentically Mexican. The kitchen is fully stocked and available to guests who wish to cook. Even the dogs are instantly friendly and make guests feel like part of the family. Ana’s place is beautifully situated high on the hills of Guanajuato. Views are beautiful night and day. Walkable via public stairs and callejones that make Guanajuato so charming…but challenging for those who are not fit and inaccessible for those with mobility issues. The WiFi works well and desk space is appropriate for those who wish to handle a bit of work during their stay. Ana herself is warm, friendly, intelligent, attentive and virtually always available to give proactive advice or answer a question. I highly recommend Casa Del Pozo and look forward to my future return.

Easily accessible room, descriptive instructions that are easy to follow. Clean, tidy room; in the bathroom, only a little maintenance is needed on the sink faucet, which is fixed, if there was hot water. Suggested placement on a ceiling fan, it had a functional floor. Wall mirrors, just lower them a little, I couldn't see my reflection to use it. Wonderful view. Easy and immediate communication with hosts. Nice and pleasant stay, Thank you for having us.

The room fulfilled what was promised and the plus is the beautiful view it gives you and the easy access to almost all the tourist attractions of the city.

It has the best view of the city, it is in a very busy place so it is safe, I highly recommend it

Excellent place to get away from the hustle and bustle, we loved the trails for walking among cacti and the view of the dam, in addition to the labyrinth. All the staff are very attentive to give us recommendations and instructions to arrive comfortably. We also had a massage service which we enjoyed. We'll definitely be back

Great location. Close to everything just a few steps away, and away from the hustle and bustle of the main streets. Well-lit, well equipped, and very friendly in charge. Comfortable beds and functional kitchen. Full recommendation.

We loved the room. The common areas are clean and very nice, the kitchen is very well equipped. I don't recommend getting there by car, as the street is very narrow and you can scratch it. Leave your car in a parking lot and take an Uber or taxi. I don't recommend walking if you have a lot of luggage because the street is very steep. In short, I loved the accommodation, I'm sure I'll be back, thank you very ❤️ much :)

Good accommodation, good location although it is accommodation for young people, for older adults a little complicated, by the typical steps of the lug. Overall it's a beautiful home. Highly recommended.

I have been to Guanajuato several times is this is easily the most beautiful place that I have stayed at. It’s spacious, clean, walking distance to the best parts of the city center, and the rooftop terrace is one of the VERY BEST in the city. Anytime we had a question or concern, Xavier always had a quick, helpful, and friendly response. So many people we met were familiar with the apartment and they have a fabulous reputation all around the city. On top of all that they are located across the alley from on of the BEST bakeries in town. 10/10 recommend staying here!

Everything is very nice, excellent, very friendly person and super comfortable place with parking, you don't need to move in a car. Everything is close! We hope to be back soon
