Very nice and cozy place, it is perfect if you want to do several activities since it is in the downtown area, perfect for going as a group, family or friends, the host is always available and very attentive, I would definitely book it again.

Super fantastic location. Super comfortable bed. Much quieter than most areas. The climb I did not mind. The restaurants that are a stones throw away are economical and they have wonderful food!

Guanajuato should be called the city of 10,000 steps which I feel like we did when there for a well at Tolsten beautiful place. The roof terrace was a perfect relaxing place in the warm evening to take in the view and sounds of the city. The kitchen was thoughtfully equipped with spices and a fresh bag of local coffee beans which was much appreciated. It takes about 8 minutes to walk t the center of town, including the 118 steps which was a good form of exercise we did 3 times a day to offset al the excellent eating and drinking we were doing! Highly recommend Tolsten's casa.

This place was a beautiful place that my wife and I enjoyed staying at while visiting Guanajuato. The place is in a corner of a glorieta (round about) so there is traffic. This didn’t bother us. The place is clean and modern. I highly recommend this place. The host was superb!

Excellent attention and good service. It is located in an excellent area for tourists, with easy access to restaurants, shops and local attractions. The place is comfortable, clean and well-equipped, ideal for spending time with friends and enjoying a pleasant stay.

One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve ever had. The apartment is spacious, full of natural light, and even better than the photos. As a solo female traveler, I felt very safe—especially with the hosts and their dogs upstairs most of the time. While I was completely independent, I never felt lonely, which was a really nice balance. The Wi-Fi was fast and completely reliable—I worked remotely for a month with daily video calls and had zero issues. The dedicated workspace was roomy, with a very comfortable office chair. The bed was yummy comfy, and having laundry just steps away was a major plus. Laura and Daniel were truly exceptional hosts—warm, helpful, and incredibly thoughtful throughout my stay. I can’t say enough about them. This place made me reconsider my plans and seriously think about coming back to Guanajuato.

This place is lovely, clean and super safe. There is a tap with DRINKING water in the apartment too, and once you see how hilly this town is, you will understand how valuable and convenient that really is. There is a restaurant two doors down and a market in the plaza two blocks away. The historic district and all the fun is only another couple blocks. The water in the shower is HOT and the WIFI works great. Robert is very communicative and super helpful. Maybe bring your best walking shoes for all the hills and some earplugs to sleep though...because there are traditional Mariachi bands seven days a week here. Guanajuato likes to party! You will LOVE this place. Would vote six stars if I could.

Wonderful little room in a great location of Guanajuato. The views from the room are spectacular. It has an authentic feeling to it and the compound it is on is extremely beautiful and peaceful. Loved my stay here!

Excellent place, it is in an upper part of Guanajuato which gives it a very nice view, they were always very friendly and the place to park is always a very big plus in Guanajuato

After 14 years of renting AirBnBs-- and many months of that in Mexico-- I have to nominate Coco, the hostess at this place, as the most accommodating and welcoming I've ever experienced. She not only met me at the apartment and showed me around, she got me in her car and gave me a tour of Guanajuato! She continually kept in touch and wanted to supply anything I needed. Her advice on where to go in town was spot-on. Thanks Coco. As for the apartment, it was spotless, spacious, comfortable, and has a great view! The shower is great (not a given in Mexico) and has TWO water heaters, a solar and an electric backup. The brick ceiling is amazing (how'd they do that?). Keep in mind, this place is a good uphill walk from town. I did it for the exercise, but after dinner, or in the middle-of-the day heat, I often got a taxi (which was usually only 60 or 70 pesos) up the hill. This place is much quieter than the rowdiness in town, but it is also a bit of a hike.

Our stay was amazing, everything was super nice and comfortable, we had no problems throughout our stay. Our experience in Guanajuato was memorable and more because of the location near the center. Excellent place for one person, with the minimum necessary for a stay of several days. The location is perfect, because in my case it was close to the University and also on foot or by bus you could get to the center very quickly. It is also close to OXXO, Aurrerá, banks and places to go running in the afternoons. Paulina's service was impeccable, always attentive to any needs I had and willing to help. I would definitely consider this place to stay again for study purposes.

I have already had the opportunity to stay in the accommodation that Susana offers on 2 occasions and the truth is that I am delighted with the place......I would not think of another place in Guanajuato Capital, other than Susana's, it is amazing and very central 10/10. The place is in a very quiet area, away from all the noise of the city or road. It's a very good place to rest and get away from it all. It's easy to access and super easy by car. As for the apartment, we loved it. It's very nice, spacious and clean. You have everything you need to have a good time. We definitely recommend it!
