House vacation rentals in Grožnjan

We stayed at the "La Finca" for 8 days in the fall. The house is extremely clean and well maintained throughout (a big compliment to the housekeeper!). As you can see on the pictures, the furniture and the general furnishings are rustic and a little older, but the cleanliness convinced us very much. The pool outside was heated to 28 degrees, so we could go swimming every day and even in the evening despite the low outside temperature. The sauna is top. The hot tub is also a nice to have, for the price also fine. Unfortunately, we quickly realized that it is very sensitive. Although we thoroughly showered before use, the filter is always clogged, so the housekeeper had to come to clean and refill everything. Here it would certainly make sense to invest in a higher quality hot tub. Despite everything, Ivan responded very quickly and kindly to every question or ambiguity. We would definitely come back!

We (2 adults and 2 teenagers and our small dog) here for 2 weeks and felt very comfortable. The cottage was top notch. The air conditioners (also in the bedrooms) worked one-way free and were also very helpful because of the high temperatures😉. The location to the different towns and leisure facilities was also great. We will be happy to come back for the next Croatia vacation.

We had an amazing time! The house and poolhouse are absolutely great and also a very clean and amazing pool in the garden. Sabina is a great host, pro active, answers quickly. We would love to go back!

My girlfriends and I are extremely happy to have rented Elda's suite for one night. Elda is the kind of host any guest would want - immensely friendly, welcoming, understanding. She welcomed us with a smile and showed us all the areas of the house, which are very spacious and clean. We really felt at home. We were most impressed with the annual kitchen, the pool and the upstairs balcony with the amazing views of Buzet. The spaces have all the necessary utensils, we didn't miss anything. In the morning Elda came to greet us and even brought us a souvenir gift. Mrs. Elda, thank you so much for everything! We would love to come back again.

Casa Valla was an idyllic home away from home. It had all the amenities you would need for a week away. The location was beautiful and so central to many great areas in Croatia (driving). It was a scenic 20min walk to the top of the hill and Buzet town. The hosts went above and beyond to greet us and gave us some superb recommendations too! We will be returning again! Thank you so much for such a nice stay.

The villa is amazing! Ultra modern architecture, clean, amazing amenities and beautiful location. The service however has to be worked on. You can see that the owner is not involved and in general lacks a bit of hospitality experience. A five star establishment with a three star service. Why? One toilet paper per toilet, only 2 washing machine capsules given, no extra garbage bags, no garbage bags in toilets. We paid 500 eur for cleaning but were told we need to clean after us (of course you would do that, and take out the trash - that is expected and normal) and leave everything as found, including taking off all bed linen, towels and putting them downstairs for cleaning. The garbage bins were left outside 100 m from the house and we were told to put them back in ourselves. The gardener appeared one day out of the blue and entered the property without ringing or knocking the door or without previously informing us that they are coming.

We enjoyed our time in the house and Rovinj. Even in November, the house offers recreation, rest and options to socialize. We will come back in the Summer for sure.

We stayed with the family and our dog and felt very comfortable. The house is cozy and the outdoor area very spacious - our dog also felt very comfortable in the large garden! If you like it quiet and idyllic, you will feel very comfortable. The sea is quickly reached by car or bike (5 min). Marija and her family are very friendly. We would come back!

We enjoyed our stay at Jana's place. The house is in a quiet zone in the countryside, so the kids could enjoy watching the village animals. There is a fenced private backyard with gas grill and jacuzzi available. The house is very neat and clean, everything is newly furnished and equipped. Sorry we didn't have time to stay longer.

Wonderful stay at this AirBB. In a very peaceful location yet close to attractions in Slovenia and Croatia. The house had everything we needed, great kitchen, and loved the indoor fireplace!

First of all, thanks for everything! We rented the house for a week and are very excited. It has everything you need, and more. The house is perfectly located. You have your peace and privacy and yet you can reach the beach or restaurants in just 3-4 minutes by car. Absolutely top is the pool. Get up in the morning and cool off for the first time before heading to the beach! Will be cleaned once a week by arrangement with Danijel. There is everything in the house. Two refrigerators,microwave,coffee maker or even a washing machine. For us, the bed was very great for our daughter. A great cot and very warmly prepared. Still to the hosts. Very very friendly and communicative! We really appreciated the contact! Checking in and out was short and painless. Oriela's cottage is wonderfully located in the middle of the small fisherman / vacation resort. In October it was very quiet there - some bars still open but mostly alone on the beach. The house is equipped with many loving details - as a welcome there was a large fruit basket and wine in the fridge - spices and coffee were also on site. We'll be happy to come back it was wonderful.

The place is really very quiet and privately located, perfect for a complete break and tranquility. The property is extensively equipped in terms of kitchen, games and rooms. There is also German TV program available. Everything is very clean and thoughtful. Unfortunately, there is hardly any reception (Wi-Fi and phone), but sometimes that can be very nice for a time. I can recommend it :)

We really enjoyed our stay! We were looking for a quiet and private accommodation where you can just relax, without noise and very secluded. We found exactly what we were looking for! The surrounding fields and country roads were very beautiful and quiet. The bathroom was clean, the house itself was rather dark, but also clean. The host responded extremely quickly to all messages. The instructions to get to the house and check in were awesome, everything was very well explained! Thank you so much for a lovely stay, would love to stay again!

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Our family stayed at the villa for 5 nights. Marina and her husband met us at the villa after we had checked in and we sat down with them so they could share some useful recommendations of the local area, what there is to see, where to go etc. They are both very friendly and accommodating people. They had prepared a cot and high chair for our baby which was ideal. The villa is perfect and really does look like the photos! the outdoor space was excellent and allowed us to have all our meals outside on the terrace, looking over the pool. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location for us as it was approx 20-30mins by car to get to the areas we wanted to visit. We followed their recommendation for wine tasting and it was a highlight of our trip. We hope to be back, as we were really sad to leave this place.

What an incredibly beautiful location. The moods on the sea are incredible - whether from the bed, from the sauna or from the pool. The well heated pool was worth gold at the beginning of October. Check-in and communication with Francesco's Team 1A. And what should not go unmentioned: we have never rented such a clean vacation home.. you hardly dare to touch anything;-). Overall recommended from A to Z. THANKS!!!!

The house corresponded to the description and is very nice. We felt very comfortable and in good hands. Natasa welcomed us warmly, was always available and took great care of us. 100% recommended, thumbs up.

Our stay in Michele’s apartment was wonderful. The apartment was super clean and everything needed was available. The back Terrasse and garden are absolutely beautiful and through the front window one can directly see the ocean and watch beautiful sunsets in the evening. Michele was super helpful and gave us recommendations for restaurants and sight seeing in and around Grado. The apartment is definitely more beautiful than on the pictures and we felt like home. We would love to visit again at some point. Thank you Michele!

Despite arriving at midnight, the prepared self-check-in was well organized and we were able to get into the house without a problem. Although the house was not right in the center of Tries, there were two restaurants in the immediate vicinity, which we liked very much because obviously mainly local guests were there. There was also a very good bakery in the immediate vicinity, where you could also drink an espresso while shopping. All interesting places in Trieste and surroundings were easily accessible by bus. The nearest stop was also very close.

Nevia and her husband are very nice people and communication in Italian went very smoothly. They live next door and will be happy to help you with anything you need. They surprised us with a delicious, homemade liqueur. The apartment is exactly as the pictures describe it. We would have liked to stay longer, but since we were only passing through, we want to come back!!! We recommend this wonderful location to everyone.

The house is amazing, the pool is great, especially with the indoor Jacuzzi, the kitchen is bright and beautiful, and very peaceful surroundings in the middle of nature. In walking distance, you find a local restaurant in a lovely 200 year old town - the smallest city in the world. Bring your supermarket purchase ride with you, then you can enjoy interrupted vacations. The host family is great, always helpful, always there if you need them for good advice. we felt very well treated and welcome. We had a wonderful time and we’ll definitely come back in the future.
