House vacation rentals in Grožnjan

Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

We stayed here for one week with our 3 kids. The place is beautiful, very quiet yet close to Koper, a animated city (about 10 min by car). It's a good spot to start a trip to one of several beaches (20-30 min), famous caves (30-40 min) or Ljubljana (1h drive) or even hiking in the Triglav area (2h drive). The house itself is very nice, clean and offers everything you need. The kids especially loved the big pool which they could access whenever they wanted. Andreja is very kind and helpful and gave us a lot of great Tips. Thank you very much!

Klasse Unterkunft mitten im Grünen! Das Haus ist sehr geräumig, sehr gepflegt und sauber und bietet vielfältige Sport- und Entspannungsmöglichkeiten (auch für Kinder). Dazu zählen der heizbare Pool, eine Sauna, ein Whirl Pool, Tischtennis oder Fahrräder. Die sonstige Austattung des Hauses ist ebenfalls exzellent. Der grosszügige und gediegene Flair des Hauses trägt sehr zu einem entspannten Urlaubserlebnis bei. Der Gastgeber Ivan ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir können die Villa La Finka uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Ein absolutes Traum Haus! Hier würde ich am liebsten einziehen. Sehr schön eingerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Der Pool, Whirlpool, der Grill und alles war einfach perfekt! Schöne Ecken zum draußen sitzen, sehr grün und einladend. Lage super ruhig mit leiser Bauernhof Atmosphäre (Schafe und ein paar Hähne gegenüber). Es war sehr erholsam. Zum Meer muss man schon ein bisschen fahren. Aber wir waren ohnehin lieber den ganzen Tag am Pool. Weitere Pluspunkte: riesiger Kühlschank, Gas und! Kohle Grill, Badminton, Mückenschutz an Fenstern, Mückenspray und sogar etwas zum Nachbehandeln der Mückenstiche! Chelsea hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Noch dazu sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Wir haben uns verliebt. Also in das Haus und ein bisschen auch in Chelsea <3

Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist perfekt für eine große Gruppe.

Wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche im Ferienhaus von Gracijano. Wer Ruhe und Natur sucht, wird hier fündig. On top gibt es noch superniedliche freundliche Tiere zum liebhaben. Nicht nur Kinder kommen hier auf ihre Kosten ;) Das Ferienhaus ist ein Traum, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, als auch der der liebevoll angelegte Garten inkl Aussicht in die Berge und Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein. Die Gastgeberfamilie ist super freundlich, hilfsbereit und verwöhnte uns mit heimischen Köstlichkeiten. Wir haben uns fest vorgenommen, wiederzukommen.

Das Ferienhaus wurde wie beschrieben angetroffen! Der Aussenbereich mit Pool ist sehr gepflegt und abends schön beleuchtet. Der Innenbereich geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Die Küchenausstattung ist top, es wurde alles vorgefunden, was benötigt wurde. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch! Bis zum Strand sind es ca 25min mit dem Auto. Die Kommunikation mit Boris war tadellos! Das Ferienhaus ist weiter zu empfehlen!

Wir waren nun schon zum zweiten Mal in diesem wunderschönen Ferienhaus und es war wieder absolut traumhaft! Das Haus ist top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und mit ganz viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Der Pool ist ein echtes Highlight. Auch unsere beiden Hunde haben sich rundum wohlgefühlt und den Aufenthalt genossen. Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an den herzlichen Gastgeber – wie immer war alles perfekt vorbereitet und wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Everything was perfect, the main reason for the trip as a bike racing in Umag so it was a perfect combination of not so distant from umag and much more peaceful. Darko wife made fantastic pancakes for us and was always checking if we have everything that we needed. The apartment is very close to the beach and the region it self is beautiful.

Unser Aufenthalt in "Peace of Mind - 2" war wunderschön. Die Lage des Objekts ist außergewöhnlich und bietet nicht nur einen traumhaften Blick in eine wunderbare Landschaft, sondern vieles mehr. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten. Zusätzlich kann man sich auf der Terrasse am Pool aufhalten und dort die angeschlossene Küche und den Aufenthaltsraum nutzen. Der Pool selbst bietet die Möglichkeit, auch sportlich zu schwimmen und der Blick in die Kvarner Bucht ist nicht zu überbieten. Die Gastgeberin Rajna ist immer hilfsbereit und gibt tolle Tipps zur Erkundung der Gegend. Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort, an dem man sehr herzlich empfangen wird und sich gleich wie zuhause fühlt! Unser Urlaub in diesem Haus war einfach klasse. Das Haus ist sehr schön und mit viel Liebe eingerichtet. Der Pool ist toll und wird täglich gereinigt. Die Terrassen bieten viel Platz und sind alle prima. Das Haus ist genauso, wie es beschrieben wird. Sämtliche Dinge, wie Seife, Schwämme, Öl und noch vieles mehr sind neu. Es sah alles so aus, als wäre noch nie jemand da gewesen.Allea sehr sauber und man fühlt sich gleich wohl. Einfach nur schön. Die Gegend ist ruhig, aber mit dem Auto kommt man schnell überall hin. Im Dorf gibt es einen kleinen Stand, der immer frisches Obst und Gemüse da hat. Es lohnt sich, diesen zu unterstützen. Aber der Knaller sind die Vermieter. Die beiden kümmern sich um alles. Sie sind immer bereit Tipps zu geben und man wird auch zwischendurch mit Leckereien versorgt. Die beiden sind super nett. Insgesamt kann ich diesen Ort einfach nur empfehlen. Das war sicher nicht unser letztes Mal.

A Magical Stay in the Heart of Grožnjan! I've stayed at Airbnbs all over the world, and this place is easily one of the best I've experienced. The beautifully designed and decorated apartment, set in the heart of this enchanting medieval town, is truly magical and incredibly romantic. The upstairs bedroom, complete with a luxurious tub, feels like a dream. The attention to detail is remarkable—nothing about this space feels like a rental. It’s clear the owners spared no expense in making it special. From start to finish, everything was flawless. The communication was seamless, and the warm welcome, felt right at home. A bonus for those arriving by car: secured parking is available, which is a rare and much-appreciated feature in this area where parking can be tricky. It might sound like I’m gushing, but I promise I’m not exaggerating! I can’t imagine anyone giving this place less than 5 stars. Part of me wants to keep it a secret, but that wouldn't be fair, it deserves mention.

Egy nagyon csendes környéken lévő ház, nagy és szép kerttel. 3 gyerekkel voltunk, jól elfértünk, nagyon könnyű parkolni. Az én hibám, de nem ellenőriztem a foglalásnál, hogy a konyha egy külön lakrészben van. Ezt a részt a házigazdák is használják, számomra nem voltak pontosak a szabályok, hogy mi mit és hogyan használhatunk a konyhában -ami egyébként tökéletesen felszerelt. Bár Bojan írta, hogy nyugodtan használjunk mindent, szóval ez végül megoldódott. Mi kerékpárral fedeztük fel a szigetet, ehhez tökéletes elhelyezkedésű a ház. Nagy bevásárlóközpont kb 500-700m távolságban.

Loredana ist eine super herzliche Gastgeberin, die uns sofort bei unserer Ankunft mit einem Kaffee empfangen hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Es gibt Kaffeepads, Tee und etwas Gebäck fürs Frühstück. Ganz toll ist auch der gepflegte Garten und die großzügige Parkfläche auf dem Gelände für das Auto. Mit dem Navi war es kein Problem, das Haus zu finden. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei, die wir ebenfalls sicher abstellen konnten. Nicht sehr weit vom Haus entfernt verläuft eine bequeme Fahrradroute auf einer stillgelegten Bahntrasse. Es hat uns so gut gefallen, wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Me encantó! Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero el alojamiento está limpio, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y bonito. Tiene una vibra super agradable y una terraza hermosa. Totalmente lo recomendaría y me gustaría volver a alojarme ahí. Los únicos dos “peros” que le encontramos fue 1) el horario de salida es muy temprano y 2) uno como huésped tiene que sacar la basura e irla a tirar a uno de los contenedores al final de su estadía? La verdad nunca había leído algo así en un airbnb y considerando que íbamos con bbs, carriolas y maletas, si fue pesado también cargar con la basura y dividirnos para ir a buscar los contenedores. Estuvimos súper apurados para salirnos a tiempo y también estresados por la basura 😅. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo muy bien y Katarzyna muy atenta para ofrecernos cuna.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Villa Mira. Ein super schön gelegenes Haus im Ruhigen. Super sauber und toll ausgestattet.

Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Principi. Die Villa selbst hat so viel Charme und ist mit liebevollen Details ausgestattet, so dass ein einzigartigen Ambiente entsteht. Beliebt bei unseren Kindern war der tolle Pool und die Tischtennisplatte. Die Kommunikation mit Martina und Damir war wirklich unschlagbar. Schnell und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt!

Villa Cactus is an ideal place for a family to spend some relaxing days. You can enjoy the swimming pool, the ping pong, the BBQ and even the Jacuzzi. Then you are not far from the seaside and nice Istrian villages. Being in the countryside you enjoy the silence and the nice view but you will have also to deal with the close contact with nature ( mosquitos and other insects in summer). Anyway nothing that could jeopardize the general satisfaction of the stay.

The town is enchanting and the apartment fits right in.

Great location in the heart of Motovun. Lotte Is a helpful host. Of course you need to walk up to it, since Old Town has no cars, so best suited for light luggage. You will be in an ancient building with modern features. She referred us to resteraunt Mondo which we loved.

We had a great time at Matijas place! The old house with all its paintings and historic items is really beautiful and very special. And at the same time very well equipped and comfortable. Groznjan is one of the most pittoresk and lovely places that we visited so far. The view in all directions on the landscape around Groznjan is amazing! Our kids felt like in a fantastic adventure event while staying there!

Villa Motovun is one of the most beautiful houses we’ve stayed in. The house has been renovated with such care to detail, it has kept the traditional character but is completely modernised with all amenities you would need. We loved the colour schemes, the materials used. It was so comfortable, with many seating areas, very comfortable, large beds (super important!), every room with en-suite bathroom. The views from the terrace of the Mirna valley and Groznjan in the distance are stunning. We loved having the little heated pool, the sauna and the pool table. The local wine ‘mini bar’ was also nice and we could help ourselves to a bottle of local Malvasia or Teran. All in all a gem in a beautiful medieval hilltop town, walkable to some really good restaurants serving amongst other things, local homemade pasta with truffles, or wild asparagus in the spring. Thank you Zeljko for your hospitality. We hope to be back again soon.

Har haft den skønneste ferie i Igor’s fine hus. Alt var som beskrevet, og billederne levede helt op til hvad vi fik. Vi elskede at være i den private gårdhave med egen pool. Der var roligt og hyggeligt, og vi havde en fantastisk ferie. Vi kommer gerne igen. Igor er en fantastisk vært. Imødekommende og altid hjælpsom, og er god til at følge op på, om alt er som det skal være. Fleksibel ved afrejse, så det var bedst for os. Altid smilende og venlig.
