Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Grottaferrata

A lovely, exceedingly tidy little apartment with stunning views of the lake and enormous TV screens! Very tranquil. Not suitable for people with mobility difficulties as there's a steep, stone-paved path leading to the entrance (the host helped with the luggage). I wish I could have stayed longer and would certainly go back again.

Andrea has built a a beautiful home in a magical place at the very top of a village. He was friendly and responsive, and it was one of the coolest and unique places we have ever stayed in. Highly recommend!

It was a one night stay for 2 and it was perfect. We had a morning flight so I wanted a place that was close to the airport and yet walkable to restaurants. This fit the criteria perfectly. It was helpful that Antonio arranged private car service to the airport. It was timely and at a great price. Would absolutely recommend and use again in the future.

Un endroit très paisible malgré la proximité de l’aéroport, on entend très peu les avions. Maison idéale pour un séjour et le découverte de Rome à seulement 30mn en voiture. Des petites attentions à l’arrivée qui sont très agréables

il buongiorno si vede dal mattino : nonostante il ceck-in fosse automatico Paolo si è precipitato incontro per aiutarci con i bagagli sotto un temporale . Grazie per l'accoglienza . La casa risulta oltremodo spaziosa , potrebbe essere utilizzata senza problemi anche da gruppi più numerosi . Non manca nulla e con le indicazioni di Paolo abbiamo risolto anche il problema di parcheggio della nostra seconda auto .

Ein sehr guter Ausgangspunkt um Rom zu erkunden! Wohltuende Ruhe - vor allem die Dachterrasse sehr erholsam. Die Kommunikation war freundlich und sehr entgegenkommend. Die Taxi-Vermittlung zu Giordano, einem exzellenten Autofahrer, freundlich & ruhig trotz Mega-Verkehr! - hat den Airport-Transfer sehr erleichtert.

I don’t think I have enough words to express how much I enjoyed meeting Lucia—she was an absolute delight! So kind, easy to talk to, and incredibly patient when walking me through all the details of the flat and how to get settled in. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe in the neighborhood. The location is spot-on—super close to the Colosseum with tons of bus and train options nearby. You’re right near the action but tucked away just enough to avoid the hustle and bustle (and the crowds trying to rope you in!). Honestly, I’d stay here every single time I visit Rome!

The apartment was absolutely incredible. It's even better than the photos, and is located in one of Rome's most charming and historic neighborhoods. The views from the terrace and bedrooms are breathtakingly beautiful and the apartment was super clean and not cluttered at all. The hosts were lovely and very responsive. I was so sad to leave. I highly recommend!

We spent a wonderful stay in this apartment. The place is sparkling clean, very well equipped and situated in a green and peaceful neighborhood near to Traversere. Pascale and Charlotte were lovely hosts. They were so friendly and welcoming and really made us feeling like we spent our vacation at a friend’s place! We definitely recommend their apartment to other travelers without any hesitation and would love to come back.

Our stay in this apartment was wonderful! Armando communicated with me beforehand, day of check-in, and met us at the entrance of Villa Gregoriana. He walked us through the town, gave a brief history, and then showed us to the apartment. After settling in, we met him for a toast and we discussed our plans as well as Armando making recommendations for tours and restaurants. The apartment was perfect for us; clean, provisioned, and we felt very safe and comfortable while there. Lots of history in this area and we had to force ourselves to take a down day. I can't emphasize enough how helpful Armando was to us on the first day and then through out our stay. His communication with us, through AirBNB was just what we needed and his response was very quick. Thanks for a great adventure!

nous avons séjourné 6 jours, le logement est très agréable propre avec une petite terrasse. Il se situe à 1,5km du colisé, transport et toutes commodités à proximité. l hôte est très gentil et réactif en cas de problème. Merci.

Abbiamo trascorso due giorni nell'appartamento di Angela e non ho parole x descrivere la serietà la pulizia e soprattutto la disponibilità di Angela...ci ha accolto come se ci conoscessimo da chi sa quanto tempo e con i miei ragazzi di 10anni non vi dico, addirittura le caramelle gli ha fatto trovare. Casa con tutti i tipi di confort dal Wi-Fi al carica batterie in camera asiugami, tutto x l'igiene personale e apprezzatissima dai ragazzi la cera x i capelli😅.Posto macchina in garage con telecomando...insomma l'ho consiglio davvero vivamente.Grazie dell'ospitalità Angela, grazie di tutto😘

Enjoyed our time at Rico's place. It's in a walkable neighborhood not far from the Vatican. The apartment is cozy, clean and comfortable. I would recommend to anyone looking for a great start in Rome.

We had a wonderful stay at Federica’s apartment in Rome. It was the perfect place to return to after exploring the city’s many tourist spots. The location is fantastic — with the metro just around the corner, getting around was so easy. There’s also a 24-hour shop nearby, and a few lovely restaurants offering gluten-free options, which was especially important for our son who is celiac. What made our stay even more special was finding a dedicated gluten-free shop right under the apartment — such a rare and wonderful convenience! The apartment itself was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Federica really thought of the little things too — there was coffee, olive oil in the kitchen, and even laundry tablets ready for us. One of our favorite parts was the terrace. After long, busy days in Rome, it was the perfect spot to unwind with a glass of wine or simply relax in the evening air. Thank you, Federica, for a lovely stay!

L’appartamento é molto comodo, spazioso e luminoso. Purtroppo però risulta molto rumoroso, sia per la vicinanza di bar e vita notturna, sia per lo spessore dei muri: abbiamo dovuto dormire con i tappi. La zona é vicino al centro, alle principali stazioni e ci sono tantissimi ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. Fulvio ha risposto sempre celermente ed é stato veramente gentile a permetterci il late check out!

Absolute dream of a place to stay in Rome. Walking location to everything we needed and wanted to do. Extremely helpful hosts, ready to help at a moment notice for the tiny questions I had. They set up transportation for us to get to the airport. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Comfortable bed too!

Its unbeatable location, literally steps from the magnificent Colosseum, meant we could walk everywhere, feeling truly immersed. The condo itself was a dream: tastefully decorated, blending classic Roman elegance with modern comfort; every detail felt thoughtfully curated. One of the biggest delights was the incredible food scene right outside our door. We discovered countless amazing, authentic local restaurants just a short stroll away, offering the most delicious Roman cuisine we’ve ever tasted. Our host was genuinely caring, ensuring our check-in was incredibly smooth and welcoming, even providing fantastic local recommendations. And then there's the stunning rooftop terrace… absolute magic! It offered the most breathtaking, spectacular sunsets over the Roman skyline, painting the sky with incredible colors each evening. It was the perfect spot to unwind and create memories. A+++
