The Big Cheesy is a fantastic place to stay and I will definitely stay here again. Hayden is an awesome host and communication is top notch. From the very first message I was made to feel welcome. The location couldnt be better from seeing a Tigers game to catching a concert at Little Caesars Arena. Every thing is easy walking distance. The house has excellent modern amenities and is decorated in a fun cheesy theme. Thank you Hayden for providing a perfect stay which capped off an amazing trip to Detroit. :)

This house is absolutely perfect. It has everything you need, laundry, tons of cook ware and utensils and lots of space. It’s so charming and clean, very a typical of an Airbnb. You can tell the car and time that was put into this place. The location might be the best part. We didn’t have a car for the whole weekend and we didn’t need one as this spot is close to EVERYTHING in Royal Oak, even Ferndale isn’t far away. Will book again!

So glad I booked the Little Yellow House with Liz & Zach for my recent work trip! it was in the cutest neighborhood, very quiet (lots of cute dogs around too!). Great location on the street making it easy to find. The house was so adorable too, great sized rooms and friendly layout for my sweet, old puppy to navigate with his limited eyesight. Felt cozy, well kept, and provides great amenities. This will definitely be a recommendation to friends and added to my favorites list!

The Pearl was exactly as described in the description. The home was very nice and clean. Estee was quick at responding. We enjoyed it!

Schakerra was an incredibly accommodating and friendly host. The space was clean, comfortable, and spacious enough to comfortably fit our group of six. We had a great time during our stay and would highly recommend her Airbnb to others!

We found this home last year during the death of my father and have stayed multiple times since then. This stay was for my mother's funeral. It feels like home and was very comfortable.

Kyle's place was perfect for our needs. The fully equipped kitchen made it possible for us to enjoy home cooked meals which was nice. The full working laundry 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms was fantastic. It was good to come home & relax after our long days of visiting our brother who was in a hospice in Waterford. What I loved most about Kyle's place was that it felt comfortable, spacious & homely. Thank you Kyle.

Home was IMMACULATE and Ferndale was a gem! Such a cute small town with so much to do! Pool was perfect and nice to have it heated. This is the safest and friendliest city neighborhood I have ever stayed in! So quiet and chill. Def hit rust belt market while there! Host was so sweet and responsive and home is well outfitted with super comfy beds and several TVs and hanging out areas.

Tim was an amazing host. The welcome basket was an unexpected delightful surprise. Beautiful place and good price. Would love to visit again.

Clean and comfortable! Hosts were very friendly and responsive. Plenty of space to accommodate 3 travelers, house was the same as in the pictures. Would stay again!

Perfect place for a short stay. The unit was clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. AC worked great for balmy Detroit summer days. Closest bar/restaurant is about a mile walk away, a quick walk or scooter (go to McShane’s and get the wings!). Only slight quibble is - hope you don’t get a family with young kids staying in the unit upstairs cos their morning stomping comes right through the ceiling. Jaclyn tried her level best to rectify but kids are gonna be kids, whaddyagonnado?

This home was absolutely beautiful. Loved it. 10/10 definitely recommend booking here, I felt right at home lots of restaurants and grocery stores in the area if needed. The host was very responsive and always checking in to make sure I was OK and if I needed anything. The area was really nice, very quiet and I felt very safe. I would definitely be booking again. We really enjoyed our stay. The road to get in could have been a little better but it wasn’t that big of a deal. The only problem we had was the weather and there’s nothing you can do about that. We will definitely come back.

My little sister turns 40 this year and we needed an Airbnb because we wanted to go to a Kendrick Lamar concert in Toronto. We found this triplex on the site and from initially booking the place and send an increase to the host. He responded immediately which is something unprecedented as far as I'm concerned we usually wait a day or two he was also the most gracious and accommodating hosts that I have ever encountered using Airbnb if Airbnb were to hold a class on how to be a top-tier host they need to end this Jacob Jacob actually felt like part of the family. He wanted to make sure we had everything we needed. The triplex already had all of the essentials from toothbrushes and toothpaste and towels, to feminine products. I mean it was his place felt like home. His place was so amazing and his hosting was so amazing that we are considering having an annual trip to Detroit just so we can stay there. I can't thank him enough. If I could give him 100 stars I would! Top tier HOST🩷

Their place was absolutely clean! Felt and smelled disinfected and was spotless! Kitchen was fully stocked and very nice! The place overall was amazing! Mattresses were very comfy. Living room furniture is the only thing I didn’t like besides the outside patio furniture. But definitely a five star place. If anyone says otherwise that is very concerning. These ladies went above and beyond to provide a modern spotless place in a safe neighborhood with many accommodations! Close to many shops and restaurants! This should be anyone’s first pick if staying in Detroit. Not even the Ritz-Carlton felt and looked as clean as their place!

Clean space, easy to access, and very easy to drive downtown or out to the suburbs as needed. This was a very convenient location by car. Bed was very comfy, and Jordan was always responsive. Street is mostly quiet, with some ambulances that pass by infrequently.

Although we had to cut our trip short (due to something that came up at home), our stay at Fantasha's was just as expected. The neighborhood definitely seemed safe, as others noted. The privacy fence is very nice. However, note that the fence does not fully enclose the backyard (so you cannot let a pet run without a lead, or they can get into the neighbor's yard). The bed was super comfortable as was the couch. Thanks Fantasha!
