Monthly Rentals in Grosmont

I can't fault Jackie's place in any way, it was perfect. The location was fantastic, you really are in the middle of the countryside so the views are astounding and if you like stargazing this is a great spot for it. (And somehow, you still get great phone and internet connection!). Jackie called us before our arrival and was kind enough to accommodate for our little ones with a travel cot, a high chair, toys and even some DVDs. Jackie also called the day of our check in to make sure we hadn't got lost! On arrival Jackie was around to let us in and show us around quickly, then let us get settled in private. In the morning, we visited the cows next door and had a quick look around the fields at the sheep. We spent most of the days away, either on the coast or in the nearby forests. We also travelled on the NYMR which I can highly recommend. At night, the place was peaceful and we always slept well. It had everything we needed, everything you would expect from a top tier AirBNB.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay even though it was only for one night. We wish it could have been a bit longer. We enjoyed the extra goodies and snacks etc. that were waiting for us on arrival. The view out of the lounge and bedroom windows is fantastic. The house has everything you could want on your stay. We spent our day in Whitby and Robin Hood’s Bay. Both lovely places and well worth the visit. We would definitely return again and thoroughly recommend staying here.

Lovely location (we visited Robin Hoods Bay, Heartbeat Country, North Yorkshire Railway & Whitby). Well equipped and spotless. On a train and bus route, which we used to get into Whitby. Fabulous bakery a few doors up, who do great pies, cakes, bread and filled rolls. Excellent butchers who do breakfast baps, or sausages, bacon and eggs to make your own, and pies. Great Spar shop for everything else. Would stay again.

Stayed here for a long weekend and it was absolutely gorgeous. The place was nice and clean and the amenities were great. The cabin was very cozy and comfortable and the outside area was really nice. The view was absolutely incredible, the pictures don’t do it justice. Would definitely recommend and we will definitely be coming back ☺️
