There is a garden bedroom and an anteroom, both with double beds, and a mezzanine where you can also sleep. A private kitchen with coffee and tea, fridge and oven/microwave, a dining room with access to the intimate city garden full of flowers. Privacy with its own bathroom and toilet. You walked into the downtown area within 5 minutes!

We love Groningen, it has al the facilities a city needs, good bars & restaurants, culture and never ending nightlife. The city centre is 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes by bus. Supermarket is around the corner.

De nieuwe keuken is van alles voorzien, (combi) oven, kookfornuis en koffie machine. De gezellige slaapkamer is ingericht met een heerlijke king-size boxspring bed. Geniet lekker van een heerlijk drankje in mijn serre of tuin op het zuiden. Of kies een van de vele restaurantjes op een steenworp afstand.

Our studio is located on the outskirts of the "de Meeuwen" district, within walking distance of the city center of Groningen. Our tasteful and with great attention to detail furnished studio with en-suite bathroom and kitchen is ideal for both business trips and cultural trips. A wonderfully quiet place from where you can find the hustle and bustle and coziness of the city center. Breakfast for the first morning is included and driveway parking is free.

There are a total of 3 bedrooms with 4 to 5 sleeping places (bed 180x200, bed 140x200, sofa bed 110x180). The house has all the conveniences such as the freely usable bicycles, private parking, kitchen, shower and laundry facilities. We have a very sweet cat, Pip, and like to keep the house smoke-free.

The old city centre and the railway station are on walking distance. Bus connection is close by, while the main road is easy to find. There is a supermarket on the other side of the water and easy to reach. The local tourist tax is collected by Airbnb.
