Warm colorful room in a cosy old farm house (Bres)

This room bursts with warm colors! With two 1-person beds and one 2-person bed, it has space for a maximum of 4 people. It is suitable for couples, solo-adventurers, business travelers and families. My place has a small forest, it's located only 7km from the centre of Groningen City and there is a natural swimming pool in walking distance. There are a couple of options not included here, like sheet packages, catering choices etc. We will work this out in the reservation process.

Great sunset, best sleep of hidden space (Jeeva)

The Jeeva is a 8m2 German army unit, used for military training and named after the first guest: Eva (journalist and Russia correspondent, hence the name), converted into a double chalet. Despite its spartan image, it is one of the most comfortable accommodations at De Helleborus. It has a double bed, a small table and a bench for both. Jeeva is decorated with old Dutch designs. A nice detail is the handmade table with mosaic of old crockery.

Magical orange fairytale yurt in a forest (Mimosa)

Our new yurt (Mimosa) is standing. It has a beautiful forest green canvas and handpainted orange decorated inside. Wonderfully cozy and colorfully furnished with a large double bed, a bunk bed and 1 or 2 single beds. It can host 6 people. It has a little sitting area inside and wood stove! Closed by are the compost toilets and the big outdoor kitchen. Just on the other side is the Oase the showers and toilet area.

Only need a bed for yourself? In the off-season we use some of our tents as a dorm bed. For instance the Panza Bell tent. Its suitable for up to 4 people at the same time. The eco-toilets and showers are nearby. The outdoor kitchen is at walking distance. The tent is not so suitable for working continuously on a laptop or computer. You can use the outdoor kitchen in stead.

Aan het einde van onze wereld, verscholen in het bos, is een oranje ster: Pippin!! Lekker knus, ver weg van de drukte. De tent is ruim genoeg voor 2 personen. Je kunt rechtop te staan. Hij heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden die gemakkelijk los van elkaar staan of samengevoegd kunnen worden.
