This is already our fourth time staying in Rigby's beautiful house. It is wonderfully located on the golf course, offering a peaceful atmosphere. It's a great starting point for many activities. Rigby and Jean-André are always easily reachable. We are looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely and well kept, Heleen was super as a host, the location was amazing with clever architecture to hide from the wind and still enjoy the clear nights and days.

Loved staying at nerf-af cottage, Serina is a wonderful hostess. The cottage is very well designed with a spacious open plan living area and two lovely bedrooms. It is beautifully and tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. Highly recommended.

We really enjoyed staying in this house. There were a few challenges during our stay, but the host was very communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Welcome wine was a nice touch!

A lovely, spacious family holiday home. The open plan upstairs area was great to hang out and spend quality time together as a group, indoors and on the deck. Plenty of bedroom space for everyone. A great kitchen with all necessary items, and a fireplace. Proximity to the beach and the boardwalk for some outdoor time, couldn’t be better. Appreciated the flexible check out offered by Rita.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful, well equipped and tastefully decorated. High quality and well appointed kitchen. Gorgeous outside area for dining, and a little plunge pool for hot days. The town is walkable and full of great restaurants and shops. Highly recommend this house for a wonderful Franshhoek holiday.

Our weekend at The Black House in Robertson was truly exceptional. Tucked away in a peaceful spot yet close to top wine farms, it was the perfect base for exploring the region. The warm welcome from our host, complete with a delicious homemade quiche and lemon meringue pie set the tone for a relaxing, indulgent stay. The house itself is beautifully designed, with stylish interiors and serene outdoor spaces that strike a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making us feel right at home. We left refreshed, pampered, and already planning our return. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a unique and peaceful wine country escape.

Had a lovely stay in the cottage. You are really out in the middle of nowhere, it is quite peaceful and quiet. Beautiful views around and the stars at night were spectacular. The included game drive was great! We saw giraffes, springbok, wildebeast and some antelope on the drive. We also saw zebras while driving on our way out. The bathtub was massive. Nice towels and robes as well. We used the pizza oven and braai and enjoyed the semi catered package. Note - there were a fair amount of flies in and around the cottage and they were quite annoying but bugs were expected with the remote location. I recommend taking a SUV vs a car when driving there.

Lovely stay at Lynne’s with our dogs. She was welcoming and helped us feel very comfortable. The fact that the house is on the beach is a big +. Would def come back for a nice restful stay.

Lovely farm stay with all you need. Awesome braai, awesome hot tub. Perfect for dogs with the fenced big garden.

Wij hadden een heerlijk verblijf bij Clive. Prachtig domein, met zwembad en zelfs tennisveld voor wie wil. Het ligt iets afgelegen van het centrum van Fransschoek, ideaal voor wie de rust wil opzoeken. De gastheer was steeds zeer behulpzaam.

As per my first visit to Lucky Crane Villas on my birthday in November, this visit was again spectacular. The interior aesthetics of Monika's design, the total comfort, the thoughtfully created functionality in every space, the integration with surrounding nature and the views out the windows, the private garden, and so much more - all this adds up to a truly fabulous experience. Definitely have dinner at the "The Courtyard Bistro and Theater", and breafast at "51", both must-visit destinations in their own right. What a lovely property in a beautiful, peaceful location. We stayed for a family get-together and everyone had a great time - kids & dog included. Very spacious inside and out, the kitchen was very well stocked in terms of cooking utensils, bowls, plates, etc. and the big stoep overlooking the tiered lawns and olive trees was a big highlight! It was exactly the kind of countryside getaway we were looking for. And the style of the house is very charming. Thanks also to Andrew and Carol for always being very responsive and helpful in answer to our questions. We hope to be back again soon, thanks again!

We had a wonderful stay at Lonette’s place. The house is well equipped with everything you need. The aircon and pool were lovely as it was super hot! Our dog was also welcome which was an extra bonus! Lonette’s communication was excellent and check-in was easy. Thank you, Lonette!

I had a truly wonderful stay at Goedemoed Dam House. The location is peaceful and scenic, surrounded by nature with beautiful views of the dam and mountains — perfect for relaxation and a break from the city. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a cozy and enjoyable stay. The hot tub was a real highlight — very relaxing, especially in the evenings with the sounds of nature all around. The hosts were welcoming, responsive, and made sure everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene getaway in the Western Cape!

We absolutely loved our stay at the cottage! It is very well equipped, it even comes with great neighbors ;) When the weather allowed it was the perfect spot for visiting the beautiful nature and (the wine farms around) Stellenbosch.

We had such a wonderful stay here! The location is stunning and from the second we got there we just felt immediately relaxed. The view of the town and the horses is so beautiful and peaceful, the house is cozy and has everything you need, and the hot tub was clean and wonderful under the stars once it got hot. The place feels both very open while also being very private, which is rare and so nice. All the info provided was very accurate and helpful. We brought our small dog and she loved it too! Renee and Milton were very friendly and responsive hosts, and we would absolutely come back in a heartbeat.

Absolute gem! Was so nice to spend some time disconnected from the busy world. Check-in was a breeze, with clear directions on how to get to the cabin. The cabin was clean, kitchen had everything we needed and we pre-ordered a few bags of wood which were already there once we arrived. Dan was super responsive and helpful with all our queries - we’ll definitely be back soon.

Everything about our experience here was amazing. The venue was even better than we had expected and communications were excellent. We all loved every moment of our long weekend away and want to come back.

I got back yesterday from a gem amongst gems !! This farm house was beautiful and cozy and the surrounds peaceful with gorgeous star-filled nights. The treats of wine, honey and coffee were amazing, I had to bring them home to continue enjoying them. I worked while I was there and wifi was perfect ( take note digital nomads :) ) My dogs had a ball and we were all very sorry to be leaving after a soul-soothing week. Trevor went above and beyond getting things ready for my stay and it was very much appreciated.
