We truly had a great time at Stana’s place. She is an excellent communicator and responds quickly to her guests. The house was large enough for us to have a large gathering for a gaming weekend. We played wiffle ball in the backyard and the kitchen was well equipped We enjoyed walked in the neighborhood and visited downtown shops. The location of the property on the river was fantastic with great views. We would return for a future event with our family group.

Summer Paradise just off Missouri River

This is a new home with great views. The house is all on the second story. We were visiting in the winter so we did not spend time outside- but there is a big wrap around deck. Bedrooms are all the same size (no fights over who gets the master) 😉 The kitchen is well laid out for cooking. All in all a great home base.

My pup and I are so grateful to have found Mardi’s place on our way through South Dakota! Not only was she able to accommodate a same day, late night check-in, but was very communicative about the unit itself. With a living room / bar area, my partner had space to catch up on work while I caught up on sleep 😴 Extremely comfortable, perfect amenities for travelers, considerably quiet for having neighbors, and a very cool use of space: We’d stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!!

I have traveled to south central South Dakota for many years and stayed at several of the area motels and lodges before discovering the Cozy Cabins. In my opinion, the Cozy Cabins are far superior to any of the other lodging options in the area. The Cozy Cabins are exceptionally clean, comfortable and well appointed. But what really sets the Cozy Cabins apart from the competition is Maija, the terrific host. Maija is incredibly gracious, thoughtful and responsive. The pride she takes in owning, operating, maintaining and continuously improving the Cozy Cabins is readily apparent during each stay. If you’re simply traveling through South Dakota on I-90 or staying in the greater Chamberlain area for an extended period, you owe it to yourself to stay at the Cozy Cabins. I have stayed at the Cozy Cabins on an annual basis since 2020 and had an exceptional lodging experience each time.

This was our 4th time staying here. It's the perfect location to stay near family. Since we have two indoor dogs, we don't want to inconvenience family by staying with them. It's comfortable, clean, has laundry and a kitchen, and in a cute, quiet town. We will continue to stay here in the years to come. Thank you for having this place, Lisa!

Gerrit’s place was perfect for our family gathering. It was near the lake and extremely family friendly. He was great was communication and made us feel welcome. Highly recommend!

Truly enjoyed our stay. My husband and I enjoyed the serenity and views. The boys loved the kayak, paddleboat, fishing, and having their own bunkhouse! Can't beat having the pond that close! Met Rob upon arrival and he was very kind and made us feel right at home. We will be back again.

When we found out we needed to be in Platte again, I searched for a place. My sister had rented Tracy's place last October. When it showed up as being available, we knew it was a sign we were supposed to be there. It was perfect for our father using a walker. The unit is so spacious. The beds are comfortable. The condiments in the refrigerator were appreciated. And, the homemade bread was a special treat.
