Vacation rentals with a patio in Graz

The accommodation and staying with Nicola and Manuel was great and exceeded our expectations. We immediately felt comfortable and relaxed, it is totally nicely furnished and the kitchen is more than well equipped. The location is great, it is totally quiet and you have a nice wide view despite the mountains. I'm sure we'll be back!

Great place, very central, suitable for longer stays. You just have to be aware of old buildings, if you live with others you can hear just about every step on the floor… otherwise everything is great, super nice hosts who respond quickly and help with questions and concerns, highly recommended!!😊👍🏻

I stayed at Joyce's apartment for 7 weeks and felt at home. A big plus is the quiet location and the parking space belonging to the apartment, as there is a large short-term parking zone in Graz. I had my bike with me and was downtown within 13-15 minutes. The apartment is well equipped and when the sun is out, you have the opportunity to relax on the balcony. 2 supermarkets and the MurPark (shopping center) are also nearby and easily accessible. Getting to the city center is a bit more tedious, but also no problem. I can only recommend the apartment and would come back anytime! However, what I now find impossible are the insanely high (and unfounded) service costs of Airbnb - but Joyce can't do anything about that! :)

Very nice apartment with great views of the north of Graz. Car absolutely necessary. Quietly located in a beautiful area. You can quickly reach Andritz (shopping) and also quickly reach Graz. Clear, healthy air from the Schöckl (local mountain). Highly recommended! We would have liked to have stayed longer.

This place was "at home" for me. It was from the beginning - I can't describe a feeling of well-being. 🙏💖 I have rarely experienced the hospitality, the helpfulness and I travel a lot. Often I enjoyed the sun "through the windows", outside it was cold and downstairs in Graz was fog, which was really a gift. The terrace is certainly a dream in summer and I can't believe the 6 weeks went by so quickly. I felt 100% comfortable. There could be a small improvement. This is the pressure in the shower. I have grid flakes and it was a challenge to wash the hair. With normal hair certainly no problem, but with grid flakes - lengthy. :-) For those looking for peace, who want to enjoy nature, this is the perfect place. You can walk into town about 30-45 minutes depending on how fast/slow you walk. Back up the mountain, so a bit of "stamina" right away. THANKS for everything🙏🍀💞

The apartment is very nice. Everything you need is there. You can have a nice breakfast on the small balcony or have a drink comfortably in the evening. The parking space in the underground parking lot is very convenient, because you don't need a car in Graz. You can walk to the city in about 20 minutes. If you prefer to take the tram, you can reach the stop in 5 minutes. The communication with Dieter and Simone was absolutely straightforward. Through the key safe and the exact explanations, we were able to get to the apartment flexibly. We found it very friendly that there was a bottle of wine ready to welcome you. Also, thanks for the restaurant tips!

Michaela was really kind host. She was not there, but she wrote accurate instructions. Lovely house, large and beautiful garden. We had a nice time there.

The place was just as described, cozy and cozy in a beautiful green garden. It's really perfect for unwinding, the tranquility and scenery help a lot. It was particularly nice to see a deer right behind the house one afternoon. Communication with Verena was friendly at all times and she was always quick to reach and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped, everything you need was available. We felt very comfortable!

A few km outside the city and completely different character - views of the countryside, birdsong in the morning, quiet and no exhaust fumes. Spacious space with balcony and outdoor seating. Communication and arrangements with hosts are straightforward. Very nice retreat after city excursions or hikes. Conclusion: lots of reasons to come back !

Spacious house with plenty of space and spacious rooms. Very good beds, bedroom with shutters. Kitchen equipped with utensils, albeit a little older. Very, very quiet! Beautiful surroundings. A big thank you for a great stay and a special thank you to the neighbor who allowed our children to feed and pet the rabbits. We will be happy to come back!

We had a really comfortable stay for a few days. Apart from the initial surprise of the shared entrance, the apartment is comfortable, very nicely decorated, and has good amenities. There is a very nice parking place, lovely neighbourhood, good bakeries and supermarkets nearby. I would come back.

I had high expectations already based on the photos but the place went above and beyond. More beautiful even than the pics, a geeky paradise indeed. I had everything I needed for a few days' stay and Reinhard went the extra mile to accommodate my late check-in which I greatly appreciated. It was a joy coming home every night to such a beautiful place, and I would definitely return in the future. Thank you so much!!

Very nice apartment, in a great area with many options (supermarket, restaurants) nearby. Super clean, well organized and exactly as described! Michael is a great host and very easy to communicate with, and very quick to reply to any concerns.

We are loving this space! This year we were already here for the second time in a row, great apartment, great location, the roof terrace is just beautiful and Markus super sweet, reliable and accommodating. 13/10 stars!

Bernhard was very kind amd met us at the apartment. This apartment has a lot of space. Location is amazing, very central to everything but also quiet and peaceful. Very close to the river, markets, restaurants. Nice big bed, big kitchen with all the utensils, nice workspace, TV and wifi. It can easily accommodate 4 people.
